Holiday rentals with a patio in North Caicos

Michael's condo was magnificent. Excellent location, secure parking and easy access. It was wonderful having a fully stocked kitchen for making breakfast and lunches. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of linens and it is beautifully decorated. Michael had any and all beach essentials you could need. Michael was an excellent host, responded quickly to all of our questions and checked in on us mid stay. I highly recommend Michael's place, we will definitely stay there again when we return to Turks and Caicos!

This was our first Airbnb experience and we were very pleased with the accommodations and instructions. We will be happy to recommend this condo. Also loved how quiet and peaceful it was and within walking distance to many activities.

Sandy Feet exceeded our expectations! It’s a great modern one bedroom unit looking out over the beautiful pool area with nice vegetation that gives you some privacy. You also have your own outdoor shaded seating area with 4 chairs and a table overlooking the pool. The BBQ is quite new and cooked our steaks beautifully. The bed, pillows and linens were all top quality and the A/C worked great to keep cool at night. The welcome package of water, snacks and sodas was a nice touch and much appreciated. The unit is a 5 minute walk to public beach access and also The Shore Club which has two very good restaurants. We had a rental car which I would highly recommend and the parking spots at the unit are in the shade all day which was a bonus. Laverne is an awesome host and answered all our queries very promptly and also gave us great suggestions on places to go and which restaurants were the best. I can’t emphasize enough what a great experience we had staying at Sandy Feet-see you next year!

We had such a lovely stay at Nina and Dale's place! It's so close to the beach but we loved having our own little pool and outdoor space. Nina and Dale were so responsive and helpful before and during our stay. They had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The back garden is lovely as well! Overall we had a great time.

Jessica's place was gorgeous. Everything is brand new. Beautiful gated, private accommodations. Gorgeous Sasporsilla Bay Beach 5 mins away. Airport is only 10 mins away. Grace Bay Beach area 20 mins away. Quiet, serene accommodations. 3 of us girls stayed and we felt safe. A/C in each area was so nice so we could all adjust to our comfort. Beach chairs and towels were amazing to have so we could use at any beach. Jessica and her daughter welcomed us. They were extremely friendly. Jessica was extremely responsive, helpful host. What a gem her property is! Am definitely recommending to friends and family and hope to be back.

This was a quiet, comfortable and private retreat with everything you need for an island getaway. The central air conditioning was especially wonderful. They even provided starter groceries which was so thoughtful after a long travel day and too tired to shop for the next morning. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Steve’s place. Conveniently located by an amazing evening restaurant called mango reef. As well as some other restaurants all within walking distance. Place was perfect for 2. Cute and peaceful with an ocean view. Not far from Grace Bay. Had plenty of amenities. Worth the money.

Paradise Found: An Unforgettable Stay at Brighter Days Villa 🌴 From initial contact and the entirety of our stay, Thashena was a phenomenal host. She responded quickly and was incredibly thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. She allowed us to drop off our luggage prior to our check in time, which was wonderful. This villa was simply breathtaking! Very safe & secure, offering easy access to grocery stores & activities a short drive away. The home is settled on Flamingo Lake, offering the most peaceful & idyllic setting imaginable. Easy to disconnect from everyday worries. We were greeted by spectacular sunrises & sunsets painting the sky in vibrant hues, often enjoying them from the wrap around deck. There are astounding views from every room. We cooked breakfast & dinner often, taking advantage of the fully stocked kitchen. Our favorite host recommendations: Cocovan, Bugaloo’s, Omar’s, Las Brisas, Somewhere Café, Taylor Bay, Sapodilla Bay, & Sunset Beach. Truly a gem.

Quant and private home that’s new and in great shape. Pool is clean and great option for cooling off. Located on a good spot on the island that’s roughly a 5-10 minute drive to most beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Host was super helpful and welcoming. Dirt road in and out is a little rough, so you’ll need to be careful with smaller rental cars. Would definitely recommend and great value!

Stephanie was an amazing host, she had daily recommendations of what to do and she always responded quickly ( less than 5 mins ). She really goes out her way to provide necessities such as extra towels,beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and plenty more. One of the best Airbnb I’ve been to, I highly recommend this Airbnb and looking forward to returning to Stephanie’s place!!! TCI🇹🇨

The condo was exactly as advertised! King bed was so comfortable, big shower with great water pressure. The pool and patio were lovely. The Host was proactive and responsive and had great local recommendations. This is part of a duplex - so you will have neighbors sharing the pool and patio. There are beach towels in the unit and two chairs and two snorkels to share with the other unit. Great stay 10/10 would recommend 🤣

Wilbert was a great host. He called me as soon as I landed in Turks before I called. Received me and walked us through the home, showed us every room and amenities. His place is more than an AirBNB to him. He takes pride in a clean place. Pink Villas is a gated home and entire place was clean outside and in. He makes himself available and is helpful with discussions about the vacation recommendations. The place is a great place to spend with your family and friends. We rented a car to access the eastern part of the island and the main beach areas. Overall great experience and recommend.

Definitely recommend! Host was friendly and the space was enough to accommodate our large family! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again. Pros: Host was extremely kind and helpful to us. Insect repellent and other helpful items were provided to help with our stay. Security cameras etc on property gave us a sense of safety. Water fountain with drinkable cold water provided. Area is pretty central and close to a lot of stuff. Cons: Lots of mosquitoes. Cell phone reception was pretty poor in the units. It does have a lot of bush / trees in the area which causes you to have to be super cautious at night when leaving/entering the property.

Absolutely beautiful Villa, exceeded our expectations. The photos definitely don’t do it justice. Located right in Grace Bay it is very close to everything you could possibly want and need. The blackboard was the perfect touch 🥰 will only stay here when back in Turks and Caicos

Endlessummer's place is wonderful. We felt right at home making meals in the well stocked kitchen, sleeping restfully in the comfortable bed, and enjoyed hot showers. We fell in love with the beautiful island of Providenciales and hope to return again.

The condo was very spacious. Close proximity to grocery store, pharmacy, and various restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. Though we did not cook, all kitchen utensils were available for use. The beach is about 10 minutes walking distance. There are chairs available for use that are included with the condo rental (we rented chairs and an umbrella at the beach). The 3 balconies were a nice touch and great for sitting out and sipping morning coffee/tea. The living room television had all popular apps installed which was perfect for downtime. We spent a lot of time at the pool which was also clean and private. Mr. Yoshi was VERY responsive whenever we reached out to him.

Derek and Jennifer’s place was a true find in paradise. The view is amazing, the pool was prestige and It’s a 10 minute drive anywhere worth going, including the airport. The amenities were above in beyond what I normally expect in an Airbnb and they even lent me their personal beach chair for the duration of the stay. We hope to be back soon!

We had a great time and the place was wonderful. Sharon even left us a bottle of wine for my birthday to add such a nice touch. We had an issue with outlets not working and both Sharon and Sherry were on it and had it fixed in no time!

Good central location to be able to drive to various beaches across the island. A few restaurants / food truck / sports bar within walkable distance. Realistically need car to drive to beaches with gear for the day. Nice to have beach chairs with small umbrellas to have available for sunny days. Kitchen is very small as shown in pictures but with large fridge it was very doable to make breakfasts & lunches with supplies brought from home.

Wow! I can’t say enough about this condo and the location. The condo is clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. There were even coolers, floaties, beach chairs, beach towels, all the little things to make our trip more enjoyable. The location is AMAZING. Just steps to a beautiful pool, hot tub, hammock, and the beautiful turquoise ocean. The beach was so quiet and private. There were chairs and cabanas to use, as well as paddleboards, kayaks, life jackets, and a basket of sand toys. There’s a restaurant on site with delicious food, otherwise it’s about a 15 minute drive to any other restaurants or stores. The condo is walking distance to the National park. I think we had the only kids at the resort, but everyone was welcoming and friendly to kids. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a quiet relaxing trip with a basically private beach.

Second time staying at Yonette’s beautiful ocean view condo overlooking Turtle Cove. The views of Grace Bay are spectacular, the contrasts of the colors of the water on the bay are stunning! We went to 4 great restaurants in the area; each one has its own flair and food and drinks were delicious! Beach access is close by with beach chairs and great high quality beach towels provided, and the bath towels were just as luxurious, not your normal hotel towel! Queen Angel is very quiet, coffee on the balcony in the morning to watch the sunrise over Grace Bay and then enjoy the setting sun from the front porch before heading out to dinner! Love this place and the effort Yonette makes to create a home away from home. Property Manager Melicia was responsive, and helpful but we really didn’t any help because everything was perfect! Hope to be back next year! Thanks Yonette! Love your condo!
