Easy place to stay close to the center of Breda, clean, spacious and bright.

My colleague had a very pleasant accommodation .The house was great , clean and comfortable .Most important the host was kind and very helpful .I would gladly visit again this house , i totally recommend it .

absolutely fantastic experience, I echo all the positive reviews before and after me. Marieke is the sweetest host I've ever met so far, imagine Isabella from Animal crossing. Bed mattress quality was one of the highlights. slept like a baby. room is amazingly organised and what not more to say. Marieke will be seeing us again next year !

What a beautiful location! We were lucky with the weather and spent a lot of time outside, but also used the sauna! Wonderful hike and explored the area. Highly recommended!

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. In addition, there were small guest gifts such as drinks and coffee/ tea was also available. The location was very quiet and you had a small garden with seating. Riet and Govert were friendly and always available. Our requests were also taken into account so we could check in earlier. The value for money was also great! Thank you for your stay!

It went very well. The place is very peaceful and well located in relation to Eindhoven and the local amusement parks we visited. Friendly host. I recommend it.

Very nice and friendly owners. We lived there for almost three months with my girlfriend and our two dogs. A quiet and beautiful area. Highly recommend!

This place is enjoyable! We stayed here with our baby of 5 months and the cottage is equipped with just about everything (bonus on cold winter days: a nice bolus on arrival while the feet warm up on the underfloor heating!). The region is very nice and there is a lot to discover, even in winter. Within walking distance, there are supermarkets where we went to get our breakfast and dinner every day. Johan and Mariska were very accessible and communicative and have a cozy loebas that you will see you bump by a few times a day in the beautiful garden.

The cottage is very comfortable and very well equipped, there is also a nice garden. We were welcomed with a nice attention. Definitely recommended.

We had a great family weekend in this big house! Perfectly equipped for a very large family with baby! Jos was very responsive, friendly and responded quickly to our various requests! The area is peaceful and very pleasant when you love nature!

It was a beautiful spacious home. Completely met our wishes. We had a super nice weekend in Berlicum/ 's-Hertogenbosch.

Had a very nice and relaxing stay!! Completely relaxed and enjoyed the large and great garden! Our 20-month-old daughter loved the large trampoline! The wellness was really great for us! And an added value! Nearby, there is plenty to do with a dream. Swimming pool, indoor playground, petting zoo, pancake restaurant. We were allowed to check in earlier, that was also really nice! This allowed us to use the wellness earlier! Thank you for the hospitality Hugo and wife!!

The photos don't show how nicely decorated and cozy the space really is. We felt right at home and were able to relax wonderfully. Petra was super friendly and very personable. We would go there again and again. Highly recommended..

I was travelling with my Mum (83) who has difficulty walking and our choice of Lukas' appartement was just perfect since it is easily accessable (no steps/ lift). the appartement was just as described, the "old city" is within walking distance and the train station is not far either. The kitchen is well equipped and Lukas was very attentive: we arrived in the evening and were welcome with next days' breakfast in the fridge (thanks again! ). The Boxspring bed is very comfi (and the appartement complex was really quiet ), the walk in shower with a choice of rainshower or "normal"... Communication was easy and Lukas always answered astonishingly quickly, check-in and -out as easy. All in all- a lot of good reasons to come back !

A typical Dutch village with every brand, a large neighborhood outside of the city, where we stay, within walking distance of everywhere, the house is large, clean and new with fast internet, the furniture is perfect, beautiful air, two large balconies, 5 stars bathrooms and toilets, I recommend this place to everyone, a perfect holiday luc instantly helps. The price is a cheap, large and comfortable house in terms of quality.

A great place with amazing hosts who also run the delicious restaurant below. The place really feels like home and is well equipped for the great stay. The location could not be better: everything you need within walking distance. I stay in Breda once or twice a year and definitely will come back!

Nunung is a great host. She helped with all our questions promptly and also checked in in the middle of stay of everything was going ok. The place was clean, easily accessible by public transport, well equipped and there were nice areas to walk around. The cats were friendly! I'd recommend this place.
