Beachfront holiday rental in North Beach

Lovely apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom neat. Good A/C. Walking distance to beach. One of the cleanest places we stayed on our 5 week trip. The host was great to communicate and easy to contact with any questions. Only comment would be something to hang wet towels and bathers out on the balcony and in the bathroom. Also keep in mind this place is stairs only accessible.

Sarah’s place is incredible - this is the 2nd time we’ve stayed! Beautiful location, beautiful views, amazing balcony to enjoy the sunsets, nearby to lovely cafes and shops whereas other areas of the beach would be farther away from these conveniences. Comfortable spaces, comfortable beds. Amazing!!!

Perfect Beachfront Stay! 🌊🏝️ I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with stunning views. The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were super cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep. The free parking was super convenient, and the WiFi was impressively fast, which made everything even more enjoyable. Plus, there's a fantastic restaurant nearby, Il Lado, which I highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pier 21 is a lovely apart hotel with great views of the Swan river. The receptionist at the desk provided a very friendly welcome to the hotel and explained its facilities. It has excellent amenities including a small gym, swimming pool and spa which we used. We enjoyed our stay at Pier 21 and would recommend it.

Wonderful stay, we were there for 7 days but would have stayed longer if possible! Lovely personal touches like snacks, coffee & a bottle of wine. Everything you need plus more. It was great that there was a little study with fast wifi as well as a seperate bedroom. Walkable to to the beachfront in Scarborough and all of the restaurants plus a partial Seaview. Even though it’s in an apartment complex everyone was very quiet & friendly. Also loved the self check in & Renee was incredibly responsive when I left something behind. Would recommend to short or long stays in Perth! 🥰

What an absolute gem of a place! Baked bread and a bottle of wine when you arrive, such a treat 😁 Sam and Kale are great hosts, felt welcome and at home. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, will definitely look to book again!

Fantastic location right across from the beach. The views of the ocean are amazing. The house is older but comfortable and is a good size with the three bedrooms, lounge, dining, kitchen etc. Good size back yard. The beds were comfy and the linen was beautiful. Overall we had a wonderful stay! Thank you.

Really great location. Beach right across the road. We felt super at home, the property had everything we needed. Walk to restaurants and town centre right downstairs. Property and location had a great vibe. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hosts were super lovely!! Thanks guys!!

The location was perfect for a holiday get away with our family.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A short walk to a the beach where we enjoyed beautiful sunset swims. The heated pool at the house and fireplace were a highlight.

An amazing stay at Sunset. The view over the ocean is breathtaking. A great place to chill and relax The beach is only 10 minutes walk and there's a couple of tasty cafes close by. Dave the host was brilliant, friendly and thoughtful. The area is quiet and restful, would definitely stay again 😄

Our coastal breeze apartment could not have been more perfect for us. The apartment itself was so nice, clean and filled with really cool funky art. The little welcome touches were very much appreciated & loved the massive message mirror. So so cool. Location, location, location - 2mins to supermarket, 5mins to beach, cafes, restaurants, playgrounds & the night markets - WOW!! We had a blast. Ted, our host was always quick to answer any questions if needed, also giving us fun local activity advice - so so helpful. Thank you for our stay. We would love to come back again soon and bring our other son too next time ♥️

Great views and location right on the marina, close to cafes and the beach just a short walk. Apartment had everything you need and as pictured and described. Lyda was super responsive and the instructions were really clear. Will absolutely stay again.

Jayne’s place is a well kept secret. It is located in a perfect location. Literally a stones throw from the train station (where you will get to Perth in 40 minutes) and the boat dock (where you can take the boat to Rottnest Island). The beach is four blocks away - pristine and beautiful with white sand. Restaurants and bars abound. Vin Populi, an Italian restaurant just around the corner, is a must (go several times if you can). The house is a true gem. Lee did a beautiful job restoring an old building. And he takes great pride in showing you around the place. It is squeaky clean, which is a must for me. Don’t miss out on this place. The pictures don’t give you a feel of how great this place is. Fremantle is perfect. Book now because once the word gets out you may never have another chance.

Lovely place and worth the stay

We had the most enjoyable stay at Kays studio. From the moment we arrived Kay was there to greet us in. The studio was perfect a little gem of a place with a peaceful and private garden. Kay provided some extras for us like milk, cereal, fruit, yoghurt and wine etc which was so very kind. The location was great with a lovely beach to watch the sunset a few mins down the road. The train station was literally 5 mins walk which takes you into Perth or Freemantle the other way. We walked to Coles supermarket which took about 15 mins or so. We did hire a car to get about but used the train a couple of times. Great service. Thank you so much Kay for your excellent hospitality we hope to return in the future. We highly recommend your gorgeous studio.

Great location for travelling good bus and train connections into Perth city

Second time we have stayed here and still love it - spacious and well stocked and in amazing location so close to beaches and walking distance to supermarket, bars and restaurants. This time we returned with our 8 month old and it had everything we needed - cot, highchair, kids cutlery etc. Made it really easy for our first trip away with a baby. Thank you Lucy & Krishia! X

Cherie and Roger were amazing hosts. Home away from home with anything we needed. Lovely, modern, clean and just the perfect size for our young family of four. The outdoor shower was great especially with being so close to such a beautiful beach! Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, beach and parks made the stay more relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks Cherie and Roger. Will would love to be back again one day.

This unit is right on the picturesque marina, a short walk to the amazing beach and a shorter walk to the pub, restaurants and lovely little shops. Inside the unit it was complete with kitchen, laundry and a big comfy bed and pull out lounge. A really lovely all round unit that I'd highly recommend.
