Leipzig downtown south, 1 room appartment, near university hospital (Uniklinik), between train station "Bayrischer Bahnhof" and MDR Broadcasting. Close to the pub areas of Karl-Liebknechtstreet or Downtown. Recently totally renovated with bamboo flooring and bamboo built-in-components, which create a very nice and warm atmosphere. High-Grade finishing. Very sunny flat. LAN, WLAN, smart TV + bring your own Netflix. Pet´s upon request.

Old apartment in the south of Leipzig

The apartment is super centrally located, very bright and still quiet, as kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony go out back to the courtyard. There is a bedroom, a sleeping coach in the study and a guest mattress. Smoking can only be done on the balcony, unfortunately, animals are not accepted. Towels and bedding are available on site, basic food can be found in the pantry. I look forward to every guest.
