Aparthotel holiday rentals in Nord-Pas-de-Calais

It went very well, I would recommend this apartment hotel large, clean and in a good location. We had breakfast at extra cost and we are delighted!

My stay was very nice! Kitchen was spacious and provided me exactly what I needed during my short stay.

RAS Residence is the ideal place to stay for my work in Brussels. The staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. They are more like hosts in a home than impersonal staff in a hotel. But the rooms are spacious and modern with every comfort one could ask for. The location is also excellent. The street it is on is very quiet at night and the rooms are dark (curtains or shutters) - great for sleeping. But the nearest supermarket and excellent restaurants (local, Argentinian, Vietnamese-Thai, etc., and pubs) are only one or two blocks away. A laundromat is also only two blocks away. Different EU offices and banks are also within walking distance - 1 to 3 blocks. Most important, the Schuman train station to the airport, three Metro stations on two different lines are also only 2-3 blocks away. One could not ask for a more convenient, comfortable and welcoming place for your stay in Brussels.

We were welcomed as if we were family. Bil is thoughtful, considerate, and incredibly friendly. He really wants our stay to go smoothly and fold in 4 for that. The aparthotel is also great with a very good location and a very nice decor. Thank you again.

Wouter is a very welcoming host. The large apartment fully met the description and expectation. Entrance to the estate is quite difficult to find despite the description, but that turns out to be consciously so according to Wouter. Ideal stay for a day in Ghent via public transport. Located 5 min from station, train takes you to Ghent for €5 in 10 min. The tram takes you in the heart of downtown for €2.5 in 15 min.
