A great stay, in a loft full of style, and hardly in a better location: quiet and at the same time 2 steps from the 2 squares of Arras, both beautiful and lively. The accommodation is very well organized and equipped, easy to access (if you come by car, but remember to inquire beforehand about the P+R of the city - I recommend the Crinchon car park, 10 minutes walk or connected by the city shuttle). Hugo responsive and giving clear information. Thanks! It's a pleasure!

Very nice spacious,cozy and quiet apartment with private parking which is really a plus. Like other users, it would be helpful to have bedside lamps in the bedrooms. Allison and Vincent are very friendly and responsive hosts. I would 100% recommend this place.

Very nice accommodation, we particularly appreciated our hostess who was very attentive to us ( smiling, available and attentive). A real welcome from the heart... The spa is a real plus if you choose the option. Breakfast is hearty, I recommend pancakes...

Lovely place to hang out. The whole apartment has so much space and plenty of work space. TV is awesome. Beds are very comfortable Kitchen is a great space and place for chitchat … and in the Sunny weather (which we had) the outside space is very chilled Very handy parking as well The local area is lovely - places to eat, drink, walk and run

Surprising and impressive loft in a former factory with its red bricks and beautiful ceiling height. Access to the listing is very well explained. The terrace is a plus if you have nice days. Valerie was responsive and very pleasant. If you want to spend a stay in the metropolis of Lille, I recommend this place!

Clean, functional and very well decorated accommodation. Well located and quiet. Good bedding, we had a nice night. Small leak in the bathroom, but having only stayed one night it didn't bother us. Elo is very responsive and very nice in messages. Access is easy and very convenient. Regarding the value for money, the price of the cleaning service is a little high for one night. In any case, this listing is a good address that we will keep

Beautiful loft, spacious and above all very well-equipped. You have everything you need, everything is there. Small touches were left by Suzie. Detailed welcome booklet sent the day before with all the instructions we need as well as recommendations near the property. Suzie is a very responsive and flexible host. We recommend it ++ and will most likely be back.

Thibaut is a great host. Very friendly to deal with. The stay is beautiful and spacious. Everything you need is there. If I have to mention a downside, it would be the neighborhood. We didn't feel safe there. It was dark. But once you're inside the apartment, you won't notice it anymore. The apartment is close to the metro, but we always chose an uber and it cost about €13 to get to the center of Lille, hiking is also possible, which is about a 25-minute walk. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful place with an amazing view. We loved enjoying the 2 terraces and just strolling on the beach. Juliette is a lovely host who has done everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Bray-Dunes is a very pretty little beach village. We'll be back for sure. Thank you!

A very nice apartment, spacious, bright and ideal with children. It felt like home! Not far from a park and nice little places to have a drink or brunch (among other things). We had a lovely stay and Saskia is very attentive to the needs of her guests. I would go back without hesitation.

Superb apartment in a sympathetically converted former Cotton Mill. Réal wow factor and a great, stylish living space. Well equipped and very comfortable. Easy to walk into the main centre of Tourcoing for great restaurants and shops. We especially loved the fish restaurant Les 3 P'tits Pichons. Travel to Lille centre a 15 minute train journey. Fabien was a great host, very welcoming, helped make our stay memorable.
