Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Nord de Palma District

This is our second time here. We love staying at S'Erisal, and I am sure we will be back again. Miguel is always responsive and helpful, and we could not have asked for a better host or a more beautiful place to stay.

Beautiful and very tastefully furnished house between Sóller and Port de Soller. The house has a nice garden with lots of orange trees and a great pool. Everything you need is available in the house. The communication with Magdalena was very nice and straightforward. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer.

The short trip with my girlfriend and my daughter was lovely. Around the house was everything that we needed. The Check-in was also easy and very fexible. I would highly recommend a car, because there are not that many restaurants nearby. The garden had also a lot of fun activitys for our daughter and us. We thought the little house would be a bit bigger, it's just one big room with everything within. So als couple (with a small child) it's perfect, for every person more it would be a bit small. Miquel and Magdalena also hat a babychair and bed ready, and in general they were very nice!

We felt very comfortable in the small finca Rosa. It has everything you need in terms of kitchen equipment. Everything is very clean. In the fincashop there are fresh eggs and jams as well as olive oil. The finca is located in a fantastic terrain with a pool, orange and lemon trees. It smells everywhere. It also has very nice views of Valldemossa, the monastery and the surrounding mountains from the finca and the terrace. Oranges and lemons are available every day for free. A wonderful flair, we can fully recommend Finca Rosa!

We celebrated my 30th birthday at the finca and had an unforgettable time. The house and property are even more beautiful than in the photos, the view is a dream! I would book this place again at any time and have also recommended it several times in my friend and circle of acquaintances ❤️ The inflatable pool toys were broken and we disposed of them, for that we left our swimming rings and air mattresses for the next guests:))

Liebe Maria, Thank you for the great time in your house. It was just wonderful and even more beautiful than in the photos. Great amenities, great beds and just a beautiful, expansive house with a fantastic outdoor and indoor area. We were all absolutely thrilled and would love to come again. However, it should be known that in the event of bad wind, the noise level of the planes taking off cannot be underestimated. But apart from that, it was just perfect.

Everything was perfect. The place was exactly as the pictures. Adriana was extremely helpful giving us tips and letting us check in early. We had free parking inside a gate so it was very safe :) we had gas, supermarket and restaurants near by. We had a rental car so if made everything a lot easier. We love it and I recommend it A++

We had a great stay at Maria's place in Alaró! Very friendly hosts, a beautiful property, where we were lucky enough to have the garden and pool more or less to ourselves as we were the only guests at this time! The apartment was large and has a beautiful garden view. Right next door is the Café Fressa with very good breakfast and lovely staff, and the subsequent Italian restaurant is also highly recommended. The area around Alaró is lovely and offers some hiking trails, e.g. up to the Castell.

This stay was awesome! The environment of the homestay is very cozy and comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, the decor is very stylish, and you can feel the host's attention to detail everywhere. The location is also very convenient, surrounded by many food and attractions, and very easy to get around. The host was very welcoming and provided a lot of thoughtful advice and help to make our trip smoother. Sitting on the balcony at night, feeling the wind, it feels very relaxed, just like being at home.

Place was as described with a beautiful balcony view of the coast. Lovely to wake up and watch the sunrise. The place was clean, minimal & had the basic necessities. Karlien was super responsive and helped to make our experience worth remembering. Great host!! Everything is within walking distance with a good selection of restaurants.

The accommodation was a perfect starting point for us as a family of four with two toddlers for exploring Mallorca. The apartment was equipped with all the essentials. Particularly noteworthy is Cati's family friendliness. There are toys available for the children and for our one-year-old son both a crib and a playpen were set up. For our three-year-old daughter, a fall-out protection had been added to the bed, which we appreciated very much. The apartment has a great location, shopping, beach and restaurants are within walking distance and the sea can be seen from the balcony. We found the apartment as advertised and spent a few nice days there. It's actually a little clairvoyant, depending on how considerate the other roommates of the other apartments in the house are. Cati was very helpful and was there to help us:-)

Tatjana and Peter’s home is absolutely beautiful. They were so welcoming and could not have been more accommodating. We had a lovely time in this very peaceful location.

very good peaceful accommodation with beautiful views from the terrace. very well equipped, comfortable accommodation with appreciable air conditioning. kitchen with all useful utensils, good quality bedding, cozy living room. Top floor apartment, 10 minute walk from the beach. Easy to park on the street. we recommend it! 🤩

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

We highly recommend staying at the apartment! Paulo and his wife Maria responded quickly to questions and were always super sweet and helpful. Communication via mobile phone was very straightforward. The apartment is very large and practically furnished and it has everything you need. Everything very clean and easy going. We felt very comfortable!
