Beachfront holiday rental in Noosa North Shore

Fantastic location! So close to everything we needed and the short walk to the beach was perfect. Katie’s place was described perfectly and photos didn’t do it justice. The most well equipped kitchen we have ever had at an Airbnb. Highly recommend the local surf club for meals it has fantastic views of the beach and great service.

My friend, her dog, and myself really, really loved Deryn's place. It was thoughtfully designed and curated with all things you would need for a comfortable and aesthetic stay. Very quiet neighborhood at the end of the cul-de-sac. Takes about 4 minutes to walk to the beach down the lovely walk/bike path. Such a gorgeous beach, and was often empty. Deryn provided local recommendations along with a map of the area and how to get around. I really appreciated that Deryn took the time to welcome us and show us around. Would stay here again the next time I visit Australia!!

Last minute decision to spend a few days at the Sunrise Beach house. Great house very spacious and easily housed three of us and our two pups. Louise an excellent host and super responsive but once we had arrived we had no need to contact Louise as everything was just as promised. Easily walkable to the beach and coffee shop and the IGA and excellent butcher only a 5 minute drive away. The weather was changeable but it didn’t matter as plenty to do including a great tv area. Highly recommend.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Anne and David’s property. The house was gorgeous and had all the boxes ticked for a great family holiday. Anne was friendly, helpful and easy to get in touch with when needed. We especially loved the peaceful location, and being just a walk out the back gate to the beach. We would definitely book this property again and look forward to coming back! Thankyou Anne and David for a great stay.

The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The only minor hiccup was the fire alarm going off unexpectedly in the middle of the night, which startled us all, but it stopped on its own after about five minutes. Thankfully, it didn’t happen again, and it didn’t take away from our overall experience. We’d definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again!

A perfect family getaway by the beach. The dining table looked out at the stunning ocean view with ocean breezes. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms ensured everyone was able to relax and enjoy the summer retreat. The pool, while small, is great for family fun in between ocean surfs just a brief walk away. Table tennis is fun. Host was kind, thoughtful and proactive. Linens and towels high quality. Great family space with separate TV and couch to the main living room. Great for dog lovers. Definitely felt like a luxury beachside escape.

9:36 PM A gorgeous townhouse. A wonderful location - my family enjoyed relaxing on the verandah listening to the sound of the ocean. The swimming pool was a lovely bonus very private and was perfect for these hot days. The house is beautifully modern with every item you need for a great holiday. The beds were by far the most comfortable beds we have stayed in when away. Spectacular 35 minute walk from your door into Coolum along the waterfront. We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return for next holiday. A real treasure.

We loved our 5 night stay! The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything a couple needs for a great stay. Hank and Hailz were super communicative not that we ever felt a need to reach out. Secure car parking, great location, excellent facilities within the complex. Friendly tenants and care staff. Bocca restaurant next door is excellent and the Market wine store world class. all in all 10/10

This is by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many worldwide. The house was immaculately spotless. There was everything and more that you could ever need for a relaxing home from home holiday. Being able to use the pool facilities at the neighbouring hotel was a bonus especially with young children. The beach went on for miles and was very clean and there is plenty to do along the Sunshine Coast. Our hosts Trish and Kylie kept good communication and were very prompt in responding to queries. We can really recommend Absolute Beachfront Beach House to anyone wanting a fantastic place to stay on the Sunshine Coast.

Definitely had the Wow factor, one of the best appartments we have ever stayed in, we didn’t want to leave. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and found the appartment so spacious, well equipped, homely with every appliance you could possibly need toastie maker, airfryer, coffee machine, board games , Netflix’s air con & ceiling fans fans . The rooftop area was so private & great to relax/ escape for some quiet time & soak up the sun on the loungers with plenty of shaded areas to cool off & lovely warm breeze. We really looked forward to getting back after a busy day to watch the sunset in the jacuzzi ( my highlight) & have a beer/ wine on the rooftop. Had some lovely beach walks, swims , surf shopping at Eumundi markets, & visit to brewery . Deb & partner were so welcoming, friendly & helpful, had phone numbers contact if we needed. The grounds were emasculate x 2 outdoor pools were lovely to cool & have a swim . Loved our time in Maroochydore thanks so much Ian & LIeeanna

We had the most amazing experience. we like to do holiday houses with the family once a year and this has been our favourite so far. amazing location, really great communication with the host and we could even check in early on the day. honestly thank you so much we'll definitely be back!

Great place - plenty of space, really comfortable house. The big kids in our group loved the pool and the slide and we spent a lot of time out there - just watch out for that slide, it’s just ever so slightly too close to the wall, although it wasn’t a problem for us we were on high alert, particularly after all of the disclaimers we had to sign and various warnings leading up to our stay, which was a bit disconcerting! The only other thing to be aware of is that only one of the bedrooms has air con - it was very warm during our stay and this was a bit of an issue for some in our party. Other than that we had a great stay and would recommend this house to families or large groups

Lynne was super forward and upfront and really easy to communicate with. She was very responsive and her instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Her room was comfortable with a nice little seaside vibe in there. Super happy with everything and would definitely stay there again

Our stay at Cathy’s place was wonderful!! A beautiful home, well stocked and close to everything we wanted!! Cathy was extremely thoughtful, providing pool toys for the kids, a high chair and portacot. They were also kind enough to let us check in early and show us around personally. Overall a wonderful family holiday in a great location, walking distance to gorgeous beaches, restaurants and playgrounds for the kids! The house had everything and more than we needed, extra towels, pantry items, games and books. We felt right at home!

Lovely house, beautiful outlook and in a very peaceful and private location. Beach at your doorstep with private walkway access through the dunes. Close walk to Sunshine shops and Surf Club. Would recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachhouse. Comfortable, spacious and well equipped, with a lovely nostalgic feel, it is a fantastic location for a relaxing beachside stay. The check-in process was very easy and the instructions clear. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing beachside location, I'd thoroughly recommend Beachhouse.

We found the houses great for 14 people to stay . With torrential rain on one of our days we did find the living room a bit cramped but when sun was out we had lots of space in and out . The kids loved the pool. The yard was suitable to play some games as well. We loved the fact we could walk to shops and beach . We were there for the markets so another plus . We didn’t have to use our cars for 3 days . We didn’t have a microwave for our stay which meant no popcorn during our movie night so we had to pivot to chips . There was plenty of dinnerware for our crowd and the dishwasher got a real work out. Because there are no blinds in the bedrooms be prepared to rise early with the sunrise ! The ocean breezes kept us nice and cool . The grandchildren loved all the green tree frogs that visited us . We really enjoyed our stay .

We had a great 3 day stay at Alex's place, it was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Alex was friendly and responsive. We had my elderly mother with us and the apartment was perfect for her needs, being on the ground floor and with good accessibility in the bathrooms. Would happily stay there again.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Brett’s place. Teewah is a quaint, untouched little village and the house was incredibly private and comfortable. We particularly loved the direct 4wd access for our long beach days and absolute beachfront position with our own private track out front for fishing and surfing. While it’s a beautifully renovated property, it’s the little, mindful touches that we appreciated - the outdoor shower, the ample bathrooms, condiments in the fridge/pantry, a huge lounge and sitting spaces, fans on when we arrived, and well-made, comfortable beds. Overall a modern beach house that had everything we needed to unwind. An ideal family base to enjoy and explore the best that the natural environment on Noosa’s stunning north shore had to offer.
