Holiday rentals with a sauna in Nonthaburi

Place is as described, there is 24 hours mini mart, laundromat and cafe on the ground floor. There is a Big C within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Somcoke was very responsive and kind. The place was perfect. We had everything we needed to make it a temporary home for a full month. The views were incredible, internet was fast, and loved the desk I can work at that faced the amazing views. AC was cool. We highly recommend the place to anyone. Thank you for having us Somcoke!

This is a perfect BnB for one or two people. We were on a workation and didn’t have even a small problem or inconvenience during our stay. The house is cozy and has everything you need on a day to day basis. Seangplang, is also a great host and helped with everything during our stay. The place is little far from city center which makes the area peaceful, but the BTS and MRT station are at a walking distance. So transportation wouldn’t be a problem. Definitely worth staying here!

The condominium is perfect, you can use the gym, the pool and the sauna. Really comfortable. Everything is smart from the elevator entrance only possible by personal keycard scan, at the entrance to the room. I would definitely love it

Loved my stay at Run’s place. A very clean and comfortable condo room. Beautiful roof top view on the top floor and nice gym. MRT is right next to the condo which is amazing. 3 minute walk. It’s a bit further out of the city, will take you around 45 mins - 60 mins via few trips. But a perfect stay. Run was very helpful and always swift to communicate. Recommend.

The condo room was appointed wonderfully. Kwang made sure the refrigerator was stocked with enough complimentary water to last my entire stay. I must also commend her on having an ample supply of soaps, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. Bed was comfortable and the a/c was top notch. The location is <5 minute walk to a MRT station if you need to venture into Bangkok proper. About a 10 minute walk to 7-11, but the condo has a couple of vending machines on the ground floor in case you are craving a snack or a drink. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again. The place is superb. It is one of the best Airbnb places I have rented. I spent a month there and although it is a small studio flat, it is perfectly designed so that you could have everything (and work remotely). The swimming pool is great too. The host (and even her family) was super helpful. There is an old fan in the flat that broke when I tried to move it and the next day her parents showed up and fixed it. Unfortunately, we didn't part on good terms (I have that feeling). She wanted me to pay some 25 euros for some damage she claimed I had caused (to a drawer I didn't even use. A drawer with partitions for. I opened it once to check what it was and never again) and a soap holder was missing that she had to replace and she claimed it was 11 euros (discounted from 22 euros). An item like that is about 1 euro in Europe. Airbnb of course rejected this claim. So, I have no hard feelings. I wish her the best and go ahead and book. You won't regret it. It is as good as in the photos.

I have stayed in a few Airbnbs over the years in the immediate area. This one is probably the nicest. Very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Very convenient to reach great food at Tonsak Market. Nice facilities in the building. Wifi had something like 500 Mbps as well. Central location in Nonthaburi, but the sleeping area is 100% silent at night. Helpful and engaged host, who took the time to meet us for check-in. Thanks, Benny!

We had an excellent stay. Very clean, very well equipped little apartment. Pool, gym and even sauna available. Good location, services and transportation nearby. Benny is super friendly and helpful host, providing all information and support.

Always the best place to stay…. Stayed there about 1 year, very very kind hearted host. Always responded for anything we needed. The house is so peaceful surrounded with nature, and what more we can say, they were like a family when we had a medical emergency, helped us around, and been very flexible, hard to find people like them nowadays.…. And again came back to the same place, will come and stay again in the future! Note: There is a review by a person named Loris, I’m sure it’s must be a big miscommunication with the host….impossible they behave that way….felt want to express my opinion after i had read the review!
