Holiday rentals with a patio in Nong Prue

Thank you again for the beautiful apartment. It was exactly as on the pictures with a beautiful balcony and on the 28th floor a great view. The apartment has a nice little kitchen that you probably don't need, but also a washing machine. Bed is great and the little couch perfect The house is very well maintained with security at the entrance only guests and any friends let in. Also relatively quiet for sleeping as it is on the 28th floor. You don't hear neighbors just the music from the outside. Improvement would be a beach, towel and much brighter light in the bathroom . I can highly recommend the apartment as an alternative to a hotel room !!! Thanks to the host!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Veranda Residences in Pattaya, and I can’t recommend it enough! . The check-in process was smooth, and I checked in my room which was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the views from the balcony were absolutely stunning—perfect for enjoying my morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The location was ideal as well; it was close to the beach and various local attractions, yet tucked away enough to ensure a peaceful atmosphere. The pool area was a fantastic spot to relax, and I appreciated the well-maintained grounds. Overall, my stay at Veranda Residences was a delightful experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable, stylish place to stay in Pattaya, I highly recommend it!

Lived with her husband in Hans Peter's apartment. The apartment is very convenient, everything is new. Great location of the apartment. Peter is hospitable, kind, positive. We recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The only downside was the distance from the city center. However, if you don't mind being a bit far from the city, this is a great place to relax and unwind.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a modern and comfortable place - and a very peaceful location. It’s a little way from the main part of Jomtien - but we had no issues getting Grab cars to pick us up or take us home. The local service team (Rick and Polly) were great and communication was excellent. We will return here and have no hesitation recommending the property.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Was a bit far but pretty peaceful . My villa was very nice. Also the host are very responsive and accommodating. I’d definitely reccomend you stay here if you are looking for a peaceful getaway in jomtien.

Aside from the location, there is no food and convenience store around, other is good, the weight is good for the price, it was not hot at that time, it was not hot and didn't swim, other things were ok

A standout feature was the host's efforts to ensure everything went smoothly, offering advice that made me feel safe and at ease. The place was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable atmosphere. While there were minor areas for improvement, the overall experience was great. The walk to the beaches was convenient, and the amenities were satisfactory. The nearby water park was perfect for families with children. The nearby convenience store was very helpful and added to the overall convenience of our stay.

the place was clean with a good location, Krystian replies right away which was great but it would have been nice to have a washer dryer in the unit and the bed was a bit rough but overall good stay and would stay again

This condo is WONDERFUL!! You feel like you are at home your whole stay. Everything was SUPER clean. I love how the cleaner the made towels look a ducks when you First walked in lol. Ellen was SUPER responsive faster then AMAZON .LOL my question is , Why can't every airbnb host be like her? With that being said I gave give her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars . keep going for great!!

Wonderful place right near the beach. You can hear the ocean while sleeping which was wonderful. Location is amazing with a friendly staff. Definitely recommended!
