Condo holiday rentals in Nong Kae

I can HIGHLY recommend Ratikan's condo for one's stay in Hua Hin. It feels like a home and as it is nicely furnished with the essentials for the kitchen. The bed is comfortable and is not the usual hard-as-a-rock style that many Airbnb's use in Thailand. Ratikan has inserted the comfortable mattress on top of the bed. The complex itself is well maintained and the swimming pool area is quite nice. The staff at the complex are friendly and security is maintained at the front all night. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and most everywhere is within walking distance. If one does not want to walk, there are some motorbikes and taxi's that are always nearby. The beach is maybe a 5-minute walk away. I was actually thinking of extending my stay because of the comfortable feel of the condo and the surrounding restaurants and bars but unfortunately the nights were not available. Ratikan is a responsive host who wants to make sure you have a nice stay. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Convenient apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms/toilets. The large terrace is a real plus, you can have breakfast and the trampoline allows a young child to play. The pool at La Habana complex is open to tenants, it's very nice to swim and relax. The owner reacted very quickly to my request for an iron, congratulations to him! I highly recommend this rental for a stay in Hua Hin.

Flame Tree is a nice small-scale complex and within walking distance of 2 shopping malls. Both Tuk and his assistant Noi will respond to your questions very quickly. Noi who also takes care of the cleaning can also take care of the laundry for you and she has guided us to extend our visa. Nothing too much for her. We had a lovely stay at Flame Tree Residence.

I had an amazing stay at this condo. Everything was great and the condo is clean and has all the amenities you need. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Chanida's place is very comfortable and located within easy walking distance from the beach. We like this natural beach much more than the beach in Hua Hin center which is dominated by buildings.

This beautiful apartment is really close to the beach, has an awesome huge swimming pool and is perfect for young families. The apartment has an incredible view over the ocean with a balcony and huge bedrooms. The host went above and beyond during our stay, organising taxis to and from Bangkok and giving us local tips. We would not stay anywhere else when we return to Hua Hin! Thank you Sopin for a lovely holiday!

This is a family trip which we spend lots of time looking for the place. Im so glad we found this place which fits perfectly for what we were looking for. The place is roomy, and all facilities work perfectly especially the aircon and water pressure. The kitchen is fully equipped and the large dining table is a great place to gather around. The area is very peaceful however you will need a car to get around. My son asked if we can stay longer. 😊

We ended up extending our stay here from 13 to 29 days. That should say how much we enjoyed it here! It’s easy to find, about 20 mins drive to the shopping centre (Market Village), the unit is on 3rd floor and it’s spacious for the 3 of us. Kun Nit is an amazing host - very responsive, friendly, very accommodating & proactive. The bed is comfy, got a nice balcony overlooking the pool. We felt very secure as it’s 24/7 security. During our stay there it’s very peaceful and we didn’t get any noise disturbances. Just less 5 mins drive is our fave breakfast/lunch place called Love Bread. Amazing food selection (International & local) with great baked goods selection and the staff are very friendly. We ate there almost every morning. If you see this unit available, don’t think twice! We highly recommend this place and will be back to stay here again in a few months time! :)

Good location, not far from the town and very peaceful. The room is big and clean. Definitely will come back if I have a chance

Apt is as per pics. Basic gym and rooftop pool on 8th floor of the condo. Great views from on top, super close to the beach. Close to moto rental-laundry-7/11. To your south is roughly 12km of wild beaches and north of Wat Ta-Kiab is kilometres of private beaches. Recommended to rent a bike, and refill at gas station as opposed to roadside vendors. Great location, great host, would probably come again.

The apartment is incredibly spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The building itself is very secure and impressive, featuring beautiful surrounding pools. Additional amenities like the gym and sauna are a great bonus, but what stood out most to me was the working space - perfect for getting things done. The seaside location is absolutely breathtaking. We especially loved spending our evenings by the shore, gazing at the stars. There are also some restaurants and shops in walkable distance and the food delivery and taxi works good as well. I recommend this place for a memorable getaway!

My family spent three awesome days in Huahin and we loved the place. Condo is very quiet. Excellent stay for families who appreciate slow rest. There are two beautiful restaurants in 5 min walk with stunning sea view.

Good value for a family with 2 kids. 2 bed 2 bath, place was exactly as advertised. Good wifi. Pool was big. Very secure blg. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Local market for cheap eats nearby as well as a 711 and other restaurants. 10-15 min walk to the beach. Easy Grab ride to shopping malls and other sites. Green bus route about 5 mins walk away. We had a very nice stay. Thank you.

The apartment is spacious, there is a big balcony, the view is good, it is clean and tidy, Tidarat is very good communication, the location is perfect, it is convenient to eat and live.

We stayed at 3 different Airbnbs in Hua Hin and this one was the best! Stayed as a family of 4 and we had enough space. Host very helpful, responsive and nice. Great location! Very close to the 2 big week-end night markets. About 10min drive to the malls. Less than 5 min walk to the beach! Highly recommend!

We've stayed in various villas and condos in Hua Hin and this is by far the best place. Very tastefully furnished, lovely swimming pools (mostly empty), gated and very green, 5mins walk to Cicada and Tamarind Markets, gorgeous balconies, huge TV, spacious bedrooms. We stayed for more than a month and Francesca was always prompt and reachable for any clarifications or help.
