A very beautiful two-story villa, local style, decorated with simple elegance, and as beautiful as the photos.The room is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped for the whole family.The house is on the side of the road with a parking space.The hosts were very nice and beautiful as fairies, communicating fluently in English and very patient.The house is on the side of the host's own house to play golf putter in the host's yard.It is safe, roadside noise after closing doors and windows can basically be isolated.

In the middle of a nature nest among an hotel and private condos. Ideal for back to fit retreat with meditation, yoga and sports activities. Better to have a rental car to easily go around since it’s a quiet and remote resort

We absolutely loved our stay here, the Villa is absolutely gorgeous with the private pool area. Petchara and Alex were so helpful and gave us local recommendations. The bed was so comfortable!! The place itself is in a peaceful location and was really nice to relax. Would 100% recommend and come back.

Great accommodations👍🏻 Host and service staff are friendly and kind, always available to solve questions and help.The room is cleaned very well cleaned daily, and snacks and drinking water supplements are comparable to hotel services, and even more thoughtful, making people feel like home.The pool is clean, the children can swim every day, and the villa common area is always under maintenance and tidy up, it can be seen that it is operating with care, next time if I come to Chiang Mai, I will choose here again.

Very good host, reply promptly, fulfill all the requests that we asked. Nice villa but if the swimming pool more bigger will be perfect, it is just fit for 2 persons to swim at the same time.

Amazing place a little outside of Chiang Mai town. After arrival you will be amazed by the hotel like entrance, restaurant on side and pool area with scenic mountains on the back. But there are only 3 bungalows so everything is very private. Host is very friendly and has great recommendations what to do and where to go. There is a fridge with craft beer next to the pool which you can take anytime and just tell the host what you got and pay once you check out. Restaurant was unfortunately closed as we stayed on a Monday but got very good reviews on google so I’m quite sure it will be good and a pity we couldn’t try. The design of the garden blends very well with the nature and the space is actually huge. There is even a pond at the back of the property with quite a nice amount of rare birds to be seen..... recommend if your are a birder. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we’ll be back for sure

The villa is clean, very beautiful and nice to live with a group of friends.It is more than 2 kilometers from the airport, not far from the Old City and Nimman Road, and it is especially convenient to rent.There was some noise during the day because of the side of the road, we quickly adjusted and the host was punctuated with earplugs, which was considerate.We'll go again.

The villa is stunning! We spent two weeks there and didn't want to leave. It looks exactly like the photos and is even more breathtaking in person. All bedrooms have their private bathrooms, which were meticulously clean. The outdoor area is also very cozy, with a private pool cleaned regularly throughout the stay. You can reach the city center via a 10-minute drive. The villa is located in a brand new neighbourhood which can be hard to find by some drivers. But the hosts gave us photo instructions that really helped. The area is very quiet and private, great for relaxation. The hosts were so nice and responsive. They left fruits and water for us, they sent us recommendations for the festive days in Chiang Mai, and they also gave us extra towels when we asked.

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

fay was very helpful and always responsive to our enquires. She even waited for us to arrive and explained the facilities at her place. Always so ready to solve any problem that arises. The house was amazing! filled with alot of activities that we spent so much time in the villa :). Lovely big compound my group of ten friends really loved it. We gathered around mostly at the big dining table and housekeeper was too helpful with our towels after swim and even helped to run errands. Happy to always come back to a clean room and a functional house! The location maybe further from town but the owner provided transport with driver that makes it easier to move around. Thank you for the lovely experience, your hospitality and we truly had great memories with your villa. You made this trip amazing! Recommend for big groups as this villa is such a home away from home.

“One aspect I truly appreciated during my stay was the exceptional helpfulness of the owner. Upon checking in, I noticed a lingering cigarette odor in the rooms from the previous guests. As soon as I informed the owner, she responded almost immediately, providing four air purifiers—one for each room—to address the issue. Additionally, she went above and beyond by offering to pick up one of our guests who arrived late on a different flight, free of charge. I am deeply grateful for the owner’s prompt assistance and thoughtful efforts, which truly enhanced our trip.”

Comfortable hotel in an amazing location. Right next to a weed bar with a pool where you can ask to DJ your own music. Very friendly and responsive staff. Only thing to note is that you end up with a room on the second floor you’ll hear the music from next door until midnight. Staff warned us about this during check-in and it was no problem for us, but definitely aim for a first floor room if you’re not there to party.

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

Illui's place is a gem in Chiang Mai ! From the pool (very Bali style) to the beauty of the buildings, the ease of access and use, the wide space all this so close to town - it's honestly very unique, and I've been doing staycations around CM for 12 years! Since we're locals, we didn't need any help but Illui and Yakir were super kind and responsive. Pi Aom, the caretaker started on the premises to keep the place spotless. The only thing that was a bit tricky was the tile floor which got slippery when wet (but it hardly rained anyway). We had a birthday celebration weekend there with many musicians and a lot of playing, and had the most wonderful time!

The house is beautiful and with multiple shared spaces it is perfect for groups - several couples, a work retreat, etc. There was a very kind and responsive housekeeper on-site in the house next door so if anything was needed or there were questions she was so helpful! Best with a car or motorbike but for those who like to walking there are also food stalls and restaurants nearby, but not as safe to reach after dark due to the road. But that doesn’t matter as the kitchen is fully equipped so if you bring your own food for cooking or bbq it’s perfect!! Place was even nicer than the photos and the whole experience wonderful for our group.

This is a vocation home with a big pool near Doi Saket (about 20 minutes from downtown). It is a good value for 3 bedrooms. Host owner is a very nice lady. Very responsive and friendly 😊

I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities at Rui’s home. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home.

Very lucky to stay in a newly remodeled pool villa, every room can come out to see a pool like glass, and the greenery matching in the whole B&B is also very comfortable More importantly, each room is fitted with its own private bathroom and no friends will bother each other! The hygiene was also done very carefully and enjoyed the trip Next time we have the opportunity to come to Chiang Mai you can choose again

Nice location and great host. They provide everything we needs and they are very flexible. We were on our family vacation and this place felt like home.

Very warm-hearted! Chinese speaking, easy going. Super calming rice fields right in front of balcony. Breakfast was our real surprise. Highly recommended for those who wish to stay for a real retreat.
