A perfect stay! The loft is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very well-equipped, offering all the comforts you need. The hot tub is a real plus, ideal for relaxing after a day in town. The location is also ideal, close to the city center and close to a nice park for a stroll. Romain, our host, was absolutely adorable: always available, very understanding and keen to make our stay a pleasant one. An experience that I would recommend without a second thought, and which I will repeat without hesitation!

beautifully renovated old house. it feels good, and inviting to enjoy quiet. we sailed between the small cosi lounge to read, and the board games by the fire. very nice and practical house, very well-equipped kitchen where we ate well. perfect for families retreating in peace.

Perfect spot for an overnight stay on our way to a ski trip, and we came away wishing we could have stayed longer. The gite was comfortable and cosy, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It's a tiny space, but felt much bigger because of the clever layout and attractive furnishings. Eliette was wonderful - welcoming and helpful, and the home-made cheese pastries were delicious! Thanks again. We hope we will return for longer one day.

We had a great time in this beautiful, spacious and decorated house with taste and attention. Everything was as described. We appreciated the proximity to the Wine Route and Dijon, as well as a large number of shops and restaurants. We had a problem with the hot plate on the second day, and our host reacted very quickly and delivered spare mobile plates that allowed us to have a very nice end of stay. We are happy to recommend this cottage in view of our experience.

We had a great time with the family at this place. We came in the middle of the winter, it was nice (fireplace and extra electric heater). The house is very well equipped including the kitchen with many utensils, pots etc. In addition, there were many amenities for children (2 high chairs, 2 changing tables, umbrella bed...). And the garden is awesome! We loved it and will be back with pleasure!

I highly recommend this apartment and think it might be the “best value” Air B&B in which I’ve ever stayed. The host met me at my desired time to show me in. The apartment itself is clean, bright, very well-kept and well-equipped (hair dryer, good coffee maker, etc.). The bed, pillows and linens were all quite comfortable. I liked being a close distance to the train station (so no taxi or Uber expense required), and I could also walk to everything in Dijon. I hope to book this apartment again if I return to Dijon!

At the bottom of a small peaceful courtyard, pretty place offered by Azedine. Extremely enough for two people, the equipment and materials present are of very good quality. Azedine's responsiveness to our questions shows a host who listens to her tenants. We'll be sure to appeal to him again. Lydia and Christophe.

Nice place near the city center with a parking place which makes life much easier. There is a lift which is good when you have suitcases as the flat is on 7th floor! The place has been done recently and is very clean. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Kitchen is small and rudimentary but enough for breakfast or a simple meal: you better choose some of the very good burgundies restaurants in town! I recommend this place.

It went very well! Jean Marc is very available and welcoming. The apartment is great nothing to complain about (except maybe the bedding which is not very comfortable but for one night it's not a big deal) The city center is well accessible on foot.

The apartment was very quiet, even though it was right in the center of Dijon. Everything was within walking distance in just a few minutes. Perfect for exploring the city. In addition to the central location, the apartment itself was also great for retreating and relaxing. Everything was just perfect!
