Holiday rentals with a patio in Noisy-sur-École

Absolutely loved staying here. It's so nice to stay in an actual home -- felt right at home, amazing area, quiet, well equipped kitchen, and an awesome bed. This will be our place to stay in Paris going forward, I'm never looking anywhere else. We had such a special time here. I can't stress how great the area is -- out of the touristy area but still quintessentially Parisian. Great wine bar 1 minute walk away.

This is a very well located quite modern apartment in Paris XVIe arrondissement. We loved how close it was to the Passy market, and to an excellent array of shops including La Grande Épicerie - an offshoot of one of the best food shops in Paris. The host was excellent and flexible. The apartment had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. One caveat was that the apartment may not be suitable for very young children - the stairs are steep - and there is a very high (around 2 metre) drop from the top floor without any guardrails - we needed to be very vigilant with our 3yo and block it out with suitcases. Despite this our kids loved the large smart TV, the kitchen was well appointed and the dining area is perfect for family meals - and I can imagine that in the summer the balcony would be marvellous.

Perfect location! Perfect host! Nathalie's apartment is comfortable, fully equipped, and a good size for one or two people. Nathalie made the check in and check out process very easy and was 100% responsive if we had a question. She was, indeed, the perfect host, and we can't thank her enough for listing her apartment on Airbnb. The apartment, located in Châtenay-Malabry, is literally across the street from the ville of Sceaux which has good shopping and restaurants and a beautiful chateau and parc that is open to the public. The apartment is also a very short walk to the RER Line B which puts you in the center of Paris in just over 20 minutes. In short, the apartment ticks all boxes for either a short or longer visit.

We had a lovely time at the accommodation offered. Very clean, functional and warm! Hosts were charming and very welcoming. The setting is crazy: Peaceful, beautiful, relaxing, and well kept. Many activities nearby: nature walks, heritage. We will definitely return to the beautiful days!

Perfect for spending a night before hardships. Please note that there are stairs to access the bedrooms and bathrooms with baths would surely be useful for some. A small coffee maker would be appreciated. Quiet environment and parking next door,the best! Very good value for money. Our dogs are allowed, it's super nice.

Great house very beautiful, very nice, comfortable, very well-equipped. The environment is very quiet, in a beautiful village, in a green countryside. What a great stay for several families. In our case, we rented 6 colleagues for a professional meeting. This house was great. Interaction with hosts was very friendly. I recommend it without reservation.

Thank you Sana for hosting us in this little cocoon even for one night. The accommodation is very nice with the wood burning stove, the layout and the small inner courtyard. Sana is very available and the communication was perfect!

Great place away from all the tourists but close enough to get to all the sights of Paris by metro and bus. Plenty of good restaurants and small grocery stores in the neighbourhood. The apartment is quite spacious by Paris standards and has a large very well equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and uncluttered and we felt very comfortable and slept very well in the large bed and quiet surroundings. Olivier was always quick to respond and always very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in amazing Paris.

Kazumi was such a lovely host. Prior to our arrival, she reached out to provide us with the instructions for the check-in. She met us for the check-in and gave us a very detailed walkthrough on the building and the apartment. She also constantly checked in on us and provided us with recommendations on food as well as places to visit. The check-out process was also very seamless. Although the apartment is located inside an older building, at least there was an elevator in the building and the apartment was tastefully furnished and was as per the description. Really cosy and had all the amenities that we required during our stay. One of the reasons why we booked the place was because of the views of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. Although it was too cold to sit outside, it was really nice to see the Eiffel Tower light up at night. Location was perfect because it was just a short walking distance to the metro, close to the shopping areas and attractions.

Very nice accommodation, clean and perfectly in line with the listing photos. The hosts are warm and the interaction with them was seamless and responsive. The apartment, located on the ground floor of their house, is completely independent, offering comfort and privacy. An experience that I recommend it without hesitating!

We spent two days at Hélène's for the Rock en Seine festival, it's the perfect base: close to the metro, the neighborhood has all the amenities of many restaurants. The apartment is very quiet, Hélène is very attentive so that her guests don't miss anything. The bedding is comfortable. I would this property.

Great property - stayed for a business trip

Thank you! Great time in Paris. Location is perfect, close to many restaurants, public transportation. Communication was exceptional, quick response time. Unit was clean and comfortable. Just as described. I appreciated the additional touches like, shampoo and bar soap, outlet converter, drinks in the fridge and coffee/tea.

The apartment and decor are exactly as in the pictures – 💯 authentic! Very cosy and quiet. The internet is working perfectly, and I was able to easily upload a large amount of pictures that I had to send. The apartment is perfectly equipped and offers everything you need. Unfortunately, the location was not ideal for me personally. The journey time by public transport to the center of Paris, e.g. to the 3rd or 19th arrondissement, was 45–55 minutes, which was a bit inconvenient for me. With Uber or Bolt, the time is reduced to about 30–35 minutes. On Google Maps, the distance seems a little shorter, but unfortunately the ride is still due to the traffic and train connections. For this reason, I only give two points for the location – but the rest of the place was great!
