Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Niskayuna

Very friendly and hospitable host who left out snacks and anything we might have forgotten. Felt at home and place had everything we needed. I had difficulty finding driveway because it was dusk but I saw a sign during the day. The unit is attached to another house which I didn’t realize in advance and went into wrong driveway.

Such a cute & spotless apartment, so close to where we were going for a concert. Absolutely would stay again. :)

Robbie's place is wonderful. It is very clean, quiet, peaceful, comfortable, nicely decorated, and in a great location for accessing main roads to Albany and area attractions. The place is very well appointed (he provides everything one could need for cooking, cleaning, and comfort) and even has in room stereo and all updated appliances. We are long time AirBnB users and this is now one of our top tier places. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Saratoga Springs. The rental is close to downtown, and has easy access to get to where you need to go. Very clean, and has everything needed.

This was exactly as the pictures showed it was. Spotless, clean, and just the right fit for the 5 of us over the Christmas holiday. Definitely enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it to other families.

We had a lovely stay! The house is quirky and fun. You get a real sense of how historic the town and house are. It’s important to note that the only shower is upstairs and the spiral stairs are somewhat steep. Mary Ann is a great host!

It was located among the quiet neighborhood. Parking was preserved, the host’a office on the ground floor enhanced the security.

We are returning renters. The location and cleanliness of the apartment are wonderful. The apartment is located downtown and close to all of the restaurants and shops and an easy walk to the race track. The accommodations are comfortable, quiet and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Debbie is very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment.

Nice place that’s only a few blocks from Broadway. Host was very responsive and even reached out prior to our stay just to see if we had any special needs. Parking right on site for three cars and it’s off street which is great.

We loved staying at Gordon & Cynthia’s place. It was a lovely home in the perfect location. Walking to the track & downtown was easy. Their home was so clean, beds so comfortable & their communication was excellent. They added so many extra touches to make it special. Jared's place was perfect for our group. Very clean and commodious. We had some questions about setting the thermostats but he was very responsive and came over to make the necessary adjustments. The location is convenient to town on a leafy avenue. I highly recommend this listing.

My recent stay at the Poet's Perch was truly delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of comfort and cleanliness the property offered. The accommodations were exceedingly comfortable. The furniture was well-chosen, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bed and linens ensured a restful night's sleep. Every corner of the space was spotless, and it was evident that great care had been taken to maintain hygiene. This attention to detail made me feel at ease throughout my stay. The amenities provided were fantastic. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. Many assorted snacks and espresso were provided, and a water filter was available for convenience. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I stayed 2 weeks.

The condo is beautifully furnished and spotless. Nice short ride into town. The backyard had very high fences so lots of privacy for the hot tub. Great place!! Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Carla’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The house was spacious and stocked with anything we could need during our stay. The area is great and walkable to Congress Park and lots of restaurants and shops. Carla communicated instructions for check in and check out and everything was easy, making getting in and out a breeze. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

We have enjoyed a weekend at the Owl’s Nest during the Christmas season for three straight years. The Owl’s Nest is very comfortable and clean. The location is excellent for walking to downtown Saratoga and visiting the shops and eating and drinking establishments. Gillian is a great host as she always provides clear instructions on a friendly, polite and professional message prior to our visit. We plan to return for year four!
