Gorgeous cottage, exactly as pictured/ described on the listing. Check in was clear and easy, and when we entered the cottage it was set up so beautifully. It was super clean and tidy with the (electric) fire on, calming music, Christmas lights on, and what happens to be my favourite diffuser scent! The cottage is on a really lovely little estate and less than 10 mins walk to Camber Sands, which is a beautiful beach and was perfect for our daily dog walks. It's also a short 10 min drive into the picturesque town of Rye. When we messaged they were very prompt to respond to our query. Couldn't have asked for more, would definitely recommend if you are looking for a beach side stay near Rye.

Dale’s house is a beautiful home, perfect for a family break in St Leonard’s. We booked the property for a few days over NY and had a great stay. It is a fantastic house, stylishly decorated and very homely. It is kitted out with everything you could possibly need, super clear instructions and useful tips for the area. We had two families of 4, with kids aged 4-11 and it was a perfect home for us over the NY celebration. It coincided with 60mph storms but we were able to bed in and still enjoy our break. It is a great house for families with bedrooms spread over 4 floors (1 in the lower ground, 2 on 1st, 2 on 2nd) and separate lounges on the lower ground and ground floors that meant everyone had their own space. 5 minutes walk from the front, really recommend Bellavista for homemade Italian, Heist Market for some great independent and v tasty eateries and Goat Ledge for coffee and bacon baps on the beach. All round one of our favourite AirBnB stays, we will be back.

Stayed with my Husband for his birthday as a getaway with 2 friends. The house is beautiful and has a very warm homely feel to it. Megan was very helpful with recommendations for food and other questions we may have had. The house was extremely clean and tidy and had everything it needed, beautiful lay out of the house inside and out including the hot tub in the garden which was lovely and warm! We loved that we could park on the drive and venture out as and when we wanted to as easy access to the town and surrounding areas. We found the atheistic of the home beautiful and we are using it as inspiration for our own home! We shall we be returning often and already looking forward to our next stay.

We had an amazing stay and found mark and Sarah to be amazing hosts. They have literally thought of everything you may need when staying away from home and the house was clean, well organised and simply beautiful. Situated on beautiful grounds, we was able to take a lovely long walk to the home of Rudyard Kipling which we enjoyed. Lovely enclosed garden for our dog was an added bonus - alongside the blanket, towel, toys and treats left for him! Also an inside dog wash which was life saving by the bed of our walk lol. Absolutely faultless and we would defo return :)

I had a lovely stay in this very beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean house. Beautiful views over the marshes- a bit foggy on my visit. Very private and quiet and ideally placed for a walk on the beach. The house is very spacious, comfortable and well appointed: the children loved the playroom. Highly recommended for a lovely stay by the sea.

We stayed at Karl’s home over the Christmas period and it did not disappoint. We were 2 families with 4 children age range 5yrs-3mths. Karl’s house was home from home. We immediately felt comfortable, there is tonnes of space for the kids to roam and very safely. The kids themed bedroom was an absolute hit, couldn’t get them out of it! You have toys galore to keep them busy. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable all with their own bathrooms. Everything felt very clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need especially if you want to cook in as not a lot of options to locally eat out. We had a slight technical issue in the kitchen during our stay and Karl was super responsive. He came to the house first thing the next morning. Tricky time to get something fixed at Christmas but he worked to give us everything he could to ensure we were set and checked back in with us. Can’t fault this property or host, would absolutely come back and highly recommend!
