Holiday houses in Ninfield

Just want to say thank you to Jo for a lovely 1 night stay. The kids room was a dream and our bed was so comfy. The hot tub already for when we arrived which was enjoyed. Great the TV had Netflix etc for us to use as had nibbles and enjoyed a family film together before the kids were off again into The Den. The kids did not want to leave so would have been lovely if the check in was a hour before 3.00 and checkout was 1 hour later at 11.00 as we were only there one night. But no faults just a fun, restful stay.

Love Camber and go there often. This time it was a home from home with all the comforts needed, WiFi was perfect and a TV in every room! Lovely setting and not too far from restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house! The host was fantastic very responsive and understanding, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The house itself was warm, comfortable, and felt like home. Our family absolutely loved it! It was kept to a high standard, spotless, and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for such a great stay

Wow! What an amazing stay we’ve had. A long weekend with our two small children and doggy. The cottage is absolutely beautiful, very well laid out and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. Sarah and Mark really have thought of everything and there were so many thoughtful touches added which made staying with small children so easy and relaxing! Highlights were definitely collecting eggs, saying hello to the sheep and lovely walks through the stunning woodland, before snuggling up with hot chocolates. The surroundings are stunning and we enjoyed lots of active days out. Sarah is super responsive and welcoming and really appreciated everything she did to make our stay so wonderful.

Amazing house and location to spend NYE in - really great size for a group of 8 of us and lovely very handy location. Lovely communal area and bedrooms were ideal. Bottle of fizz for NY was a lovely touch! Only a couple of small issues for next time to be aware of -the WIFI connection to the TV didn't really work and the beds were quite uncomfortable in the upper floor rooms. But for a night or two it's no issue.

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. We made wonderful memoroes at this beautiful beach house with everything needed to enjoy a family holiday. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the views, cooking, playing on the beach until late and enjoying the crazy waves body boarding. Seagulls crest is an amazing beachfront property, comfortable, homeley and the children loved it. Sue was a friendly and accommodating host. Thank you for having us.

What an incredible renovation Clare has made of Old Smock Mill. It's been beautifully restored and holds such history and charm. Set in idyllic surrounds with great walks for those who like to explore outdoors. Clare made us feel utterly welcome and we enjoyed our stay on every level of the three floors. The fresh homemade bread was a wonderful touch and thoroughly enjoyed with the most glorious of golden eggs. Much enjoyed after a heavenly night's sleep in bedding you just sink into. The Mill is incredibly well dressed, peaceful and provides the perfect little get away. Old Smock Mill certainly lived up to and even surpassed expectations. We have already recommended to friends and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. Perhaps next time in the summer months when the walking trails are firmer underfoot.

Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.
