Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nilüfer

The view is gorgeous and the apartment is cosy and very comfortable. We stayed in January, but the heating was very good, though a bit loud time to time. Close to Uludag and ski resort (around an hour by bus). Also a beautiful old tree is 2 minutes bu walking. Totally recommend at least 3 days. We stayed here for three months. The owner's family lived together in the accommodation, so there was no problem with communication at all, and they were so comfortable because they treated us together as a family. So we chose this place again for this business trip.

The location and photos of the house were as shown, we did not encounter a bad surprise. We were very comfortable in the house with my children and my children, within walking distance of many places. The cleanliness and order was in place. We left very satisfied.

We stayed in this gorgeous house for 2 days. Thoughtfully designed. Although there are many objects in the house, there was no dirt or dust anywhere. It was cold, but we didn't have any heating problems. Mr. Atakan was very caring. The garden is very pleasant. We would love to come back.

A nice place to stay for big family. With beautiful view and Nice balcony. A bit tricky for big car to go inside, but you will find the way. Fire place at the family room is perfect for gathering family. The host is very welcome and responsive.

I'm so glad we stayed at Yunus's place, very clear instructions given before we arrived and clean house, with towels, toilet paper, soap, kitchen essentials provided, really appreciate the clothes pegs provided as well. There's heating in the toilet, hot water worked well, heating worked well, the balcony floor was clean. the sofas was good size and comfy with no awful smell. Even the prayer mat provided smell good! The view of the city was really something, and it was in a quiet peaceful, neighborhood we enjoyed it very much, I would say only downside was that shops was a long way down so be sure to bring whatever you need. Thank you Yunus, you are such a great host and may more people enjoy your beautiful cosy home.:)

I went from Izmir with doubt, but I didn't think I would be welcomed and served so well with everything, especially the location is in a walking location, when we come to Bursa from now on, our only house

Miss Seda is a very kind and helpful lady. She is always responsive and there for us. Mr Emad is a nice gentleman who was available anytime we need assistance. The house got private parking and walking distance to tourist attractions in Bursa. I would recommend going there.

We had such a great stay here! The place was spacious, clean, and felt so comfortable. The beds were good, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right in the center of Bursa, making it easy to explore the city. I recommend eating at Iskander. it was amazing. The host clearly put effort into making this a wonderful place to stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bursa!
