Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nilüfer

We stayed here for three months. The owner's family lived together in the accommodation, so there was no problem with communication at all, and they were so comfortable because they treated us together as a family. So we chose this place again for this business trip.

It was a great two-story house in a prestigious location in Osmangazi. Even though we were on very cold days, it was very hot, they turned on the heaters in the house before we arrived. Big, clean, comfortable, and many features like this gave us a very good holiday. Thank you Ms. Gülcan and her family for everything.

The mansion is perfect. The cozy fireplace is the barbecue on the balcony and the extra wood left for us and the gel was thought out to ignite. It was easy to find because the host explained the way to the house in detail. We easily fit 2 vehicles in the garage. We comfortably settled in with a family group of 7. She fixed our issue with the hot water right away. We will definitely stay again if we get in the way. Thank you...

I had a delightful stay at the apartment! The location is superbly organized and stands out for its impeccable cleanliness and abundant comforts. From the fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities to the new and pristine furnishings, every detail is carefully considered. The elevator is convenient, and the luxurious lobby adds elegance. A security door adds to safety. The nearby garage and parking make it extremely convenient, especially with shops and the Bazar market 15 to 20 minutes away. Proximity to the cable car appeals to outdoor enthusiasts. I'm so glad we stayed at Yunus's place, very clear instructions given before we arrived and clean house, with towels, toilet paper, soap, kitchen essentials provided, really appreciate the clothes pegs provided as well. There's heating in the toilet, hot water worked well, heating worked well, the balcony floor was clean. the sofas was good size and comfy with no awful smell. Even the prayer mat provided smell good! The view of the city was really something, and it was in a quiet peaceful, neighborhood we enjoyed it very much, I would say only downside was that shops was a long way down so be sure to bring whatever you need. Thank you Yunus, you are such a great host and may more people enjoy your beautiful cosy home.:)

Upon check-in, Emad greeted us warmly, handed us the keys, and ensured everything was in order. He was always just a message away, promptly addressing our requests with kindness and efficiency. The check-in and check-out process couldn't have been smoother! The apartment was spotless and truly felt like home. It had three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with three single beds—making it perfect for families or groups. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to shops and a supermarket only 6 minutes away. A thoughtful touch was the disposable slippers provided for indoor use, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bursa city or Uludag attractions.

Close to Bursa cable car by car and walkable to nice restaurants and Koza Han area. Spacious parking area is a plus in this area. Spotless clean. Thanks to Emad for being there when we came in late and checked out early.

Great Location, Comfortable Stay! This place in Bursa was truly excellent! The location is perfect—just 10 meters away, there is a small supermarket, plus a bakery downstairs and various food and drink options nearby. One of the biggest advantages for those with a car is the private garage, which makes parking super easy and secure. The entrance has an automatic system with a code, adding extra convenience. The apartment is spacious, quiet, and well-designed. We had a wonderful time as a family and highly recommend it!
