A fabulous apartment with a super pool. Had everything we needed for a super stay Matthew was a super host, very friendly and flexible

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

Great little place to stay for a couple of nights. The unit is clean and well appointed. Geoffrey replied to my requests promptly and there were no issues. I would recommend this place for other travelers.

mindarie beach house was a lovely accommodation. netflix to watch programmes in the evening. very comfortable beds. beach house was clean and in a very good location, close to the beach 😁 Hosts are very friendly and very good with communication. would highly recommend staying here. we had a lovely time thankyou x

Amazing 7 night stay here. Pics don’t do the apartment justice. Large space inside and out, lots of storage and nice furnishings for chilling & dining. We were very comfortable here. The area is great, the Marina very lovely with a few good restaurants within walking distance and shops too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this peaceful Alkimos apartment. Walking distance from the beach and local cafes, stunning ocean views from the balcony, and the apartment itself was just as anticipated from the photos, with a lovely open plan kitchen/dining area and decent sized bathroom area. Perfect spot for a little staycation and getaway.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Perth! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was immaculately clean and beautifully designed, with a luxurious and modern touch that made it feel like a true getaway. Every detail was carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable stay. The highlight for me was the terrace with the amazing pool – the view was breathtaking! Watching the ocean and the sunsets from there was simply magical and added an extra layer of relaxation to our trip. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The host was exceptional – super friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or recommendations. Their hospitality truly made the experience even more special. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Perth. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore the area, this place has it all. We can’t wait to come back!

Katie was a fantastic host. Extremely helpful and friendly. Not only was the accomodation exactly as described, Katie ensured that the space felt like home. From small additions of fresh fruit and snacks upon arrival to sending through endless recommendations of things to do around the area. Could not have been happier with the experience staying at Quinn’s Rocks. Thank you for everything Katie!

We stayed for our family Christmas in Melinda’s place and had an amazing time! Melinda was a great host, the house was full of everything to make it feel like home, very comfy couch and large TV. We will definitely be back. Thanks for having us again!

We booked this home for a couple of weeks as a 'bridge' pending handover of our new build. The house is great - very spacious, well-appointed, well-located and with amazing views. The hosts are incredibly responsive and go out of their way to assist with any issues that arise. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay with plenty of room for everyone in our family. Kitchen well stock with appliances for all your cooking needs and plenty of space. very comfortable beds and lovely garden with vegetables & herbs. Short walk to the river and the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family with three young children. The facilities were great, especially the outdoor area, lovely grass areas front and back with play equipment and multiple sitting areas for all weather. A real holiday house feel, beautifully styled and Sam was a very helpful and responsive host.

We spent 4 nights in this beautiful home and didn’t want to leave! Beautifully furnished with attention to every detail, super comfortable beds and pillows in large rooms, with plenty of living space. The downstairs games room was a huge bonus for the kids (and big kids!) and we loved sharing meals on the upstairs balcony with incredible views and sunsets. Lesa is a fantastic host, and we can’t wait to stay again soon!

Amazing place for our long weekend stay in Lancelin. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking to spend a night or two in Lancelin.
