Apartment holiday rentals in Niederau

The apartments are very nice, modern and well located. We were there for a ski vacation and enjoyed the time very much.

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

The accommodation is perfect, very clean, comfortably furnished and cozy. We felt at home. The surroundings are great, we were able to do a lot and had the Achenseecard. Tanya is very hospitable and helpful, her raisin bread tastes excellent! Highly recommended, we will be happy to come back.

Landlord friendly, everything looked like the pictures. There are clear rules, but they are self-evident and you can handle them well. It would be nice if there were a little basic equipment in it, such as sink or salt and pepper. We had to bring this ourselves or buy it

I had two great experiences to stay in Rene's place. After my first stay, I went back for the second time. My second visit was particularly impressive for his acrobatic response. I arrived earlier than the time for check-in. Luckily the guest before mine left the apartment earlier than the check-out time. I arrived after a long and exhausting travel, thinking just to deposit my heavy suitcase in an empty not-yet cleaned room (at past 9:00am). To my total surprise, Rene made it possible to prepare an immaculate clean room in time for my arrival just in a space of one hour or so! I am so grateful for his kind hospitality to welcome a tired guest. It was a bliss to be able to unpack and rest before starting my day. You will love Rene's place for the cleanness of the apartment, for all amenities, and above all for the owner's kind consideration to welcome you. I fully recommend Rene's place for all those who travel to Innsbruck. You will love it. I will definitively go back to his place.

The place is actually way better than in pictures, it's very spacious and has tons of space for luggage, ski equipment etc. Great connection to ski resorts, ski-bus stop is right by the street. Very friendly owners, helpful & cheerful

The apartment is in a perfect location, very walkable to the village center and many restaurants and bars. The apartment was very large and comfortable with beautiful light and views of the ski slopes. It was actually much larger than we anticipated; having two floors was very Nice. Karl was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying in his apartment!

A very lovingly furnished apartment. Silvia is a charming host. We were spoiled with homemade apple jelly, apples and pears from the beautiful garden. The view from the breakfast balcony is very relaxing and you will be pampered with sun.

It was a dream to be in. The place is very chic. We were there with our three teenagers for skiing. The apartment has everything you need. :) If necessary, the couch is too small for lounging with 5 people. But hey, if you don't have anything else. The place has everything you need. Thanks for everything!

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

Great stay, very private - this place was perfect for a stop off for our road trip. Mayrhofen is a lovely place not far away too :) … This place is full of character- a lot different to other places we have stayed, would highly recommend!

Wonderful to stay and walk in the castle park. Sensational bakery with healthy pampering. Breakfast only 500m away. In the evening in Lofer good selection of small individual restaurants with friendly ambiance. The palette ranges from regional food to Italian. Dishes to Asian delicacies. Our passion is rock climbing... We felt like the 7th heaven... many great multiple lengths of climbing with moderate landing and rough rock!! Nature. Friends HP & Ralf

Very nice accommodation with a shared sauna + indoor & outdoor white pool for the 3 apartments. Everything is very modern and the apartments are very spacious. We had a great ski holiday with a small ski resort directly in Hochfilzen and the large ski resort Saalbach accessible from the surrounding places. A bus stop for the ski bus is almost right outside the door. We will definitely come again!

Just in advance, the apartment is a 10/10. Everything is new and modernly furnished and very clean. There is everything you need in terms of amenities. Quietly located, yet shopping is within easy reach. The icing on the cake was the hot tub on the terrace. Leopold is a very friendly and helpful host. We'll happily come back anytime.

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation. The location at the edge of the village was great, right across the street a good restaurant and hiking trails up to the mountain. In addition, the room was nice and modernly furnished and the in-house wellness area was inviting and cozy.

The accommodation "Heuberg" was simply a dream! As soon as we entered, together with our dog, we immediately felt at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean, almost as if we were the first guests to stay here. We were particularly impressed by the stylish and modern decor, which created a pleasant, cozy atmosphere – just to feel good. The kitchen was excellently equipped, so you can also take care of yourself for a longer stay. The location could not be better: just a few minutes' walk away opens up a beautiful hiking world with gorges, waterfalls and castle ruins. Especially after an extensive hike, the hot tub was an absolute pleasure. Even at minus degrees, we did not have to heat it additionally, which speaks for the excellent quality of the hot tub and the heat pump Overall, our stay in the "Heuberg" was an all-round successful experience, which we highly recommend to everyone

Great place to disconnect, close to Innsbruck and very well decorated. Big benefit of enjoying private jacuzzi, sauna and underground parking.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Thaur. It is very close to innsbruck and is very easy to reach by car and by bus. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and felt very private. Communication with Theresa and Armin went very smooth. Fast responds and very pro active. The hot tub is really relaxed and easy to use. Would definitely recommend!
