Family-friendly holiday rentals in Nicosia

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

A very nice place, Nelli had everything you'd need in the kitchen, and in the house. A very nice and comfortable house.

It's good value for money. The "luxury" part depends on what you expect from a place, it is indeed large and has a jacuzzi, but to us it didn't feel like a luxury flat - it needs some updates & renovations, as it shows it's age. Otherwise you're just like in a private villa, it occupies the entire upper floor. 3 mins from the sea by foot, not a very busy area and parking included. A bigger tv would be needed as couch is really far from it :) We recommend it nonetheless.

Arhun's house is very near to the seaside. If you want to have a sea vacation without a doubt you can choose it. House was clean and Arhun helped us with his suggestions.

Everything great, minus the Wifi that wasn't working during my stay. Host fixed heating next morning. Great host, amazing location, near the main street. Safe and clean building. Room gets dark to sleep in the morning. Space is big enough for 2 or 3 people.

We had a few issues at the start which Elena fixed as soon as she could. This is a host that will go through fire to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The place is modern and beautiful with a balcony to relax on during slow days. There are a few minor things that could be improved upon: - The couch is pretty small. If you're a plus size person, you won't be able to sit comfortably watching tv. - The beds does not have any mattress pads and in certain positions you can feel the spring in the mattress. I believe this place is a 5/5 if the above are taken care of.

The apartment is directly in the center of Larnaca. It is perfect for a family on vacation. Beautiful sunrises every morning with breakfast on the terrace. Convenient to the marina for the scuba diving boats, which was good for me. A/C worked perfectly despite 35+ degrees. Bed was comfortable. Despite location over the carnival rides, it was completely quiet. The building itself is a bit dated, but the unit is perfectly fine, clean and comfortable. Nice and clean house.

Located about 20-30 minutes walk from Larnaca beach. A supermarket is 400m away. 3 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and big kitchen. The apartment is in pretty peaceful area. A little bit cold and chilly in the wintertime.

We had a lovely week at David's! It felt really safe knowing that he responded to our messages within 30 minutes or so. Top benefits: - 20 minutes by car from the airport (car is a need!). - Bigger supermarket (Lidl) only 5-10 minutes away. - The pool! - Two showers (good for a bigger family). - 20 minutes further east to lots of beaches and Agia Napa (we went with our small kids to Makronissos Beach - so so beautiful!).

The apartment exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. In December, we especially appreciated the air conditioning, which efficiently heated the space, as well as the constant access to hot water. The location in the center of Larnaca was excellent – everything was within walking distance, and the views from the windows were breathtaking. On one side, we had a panorama of the city and the sea, and on the other, the Troodos Mountains – absolutely stunning! The apartment was very well equipped – everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. From dishes and pots to a cezve for making coffee – the hosts thought of every detail. We were very happy with our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Larnaca.

We had a wonderful stay in Larnaca! The place was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing spot to return to after exploring the area. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the beach and close to local restaurants and shops. The host was incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Larnaca! Andreas was a very good host. He personally welcomed me and showed me the apartment. Wine and water were also ready to welcome you. He also provided a small electric heater for the living room. In advance, Andreas gave me suggestions for a Christmas dinner in the restaurant. Everything you could ever need is available in the apartment. From the large terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the harbor. I can only recommend it, even in winter in Cyprus.

Our stay was awesome! The house is very nice and clean

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Mare! Surrounded by forest sounds, a spectacular view over the ocean - we relaxed on the terrace for our meals and to read and sunbake. The colours of the bougainvillea, olive and lemon trees during the day and the scent of the Pakistani night tree under the fairy lights has left us with treasured memories. The location was perfect for daytrips and we explored Morfou, Girne, St Hilarion, Koroçum, Kirmi, Farmagusta and Salamis as well as Karpaz Peninsula. Easy to get to Lefkosia on the freeway so we did that a couple of times too. Cookie we love you! 😍 You greeted us happily whenever we were cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Cozying up by the fire on cooler nights to read was divine. Thank you to Nurhan and David who were so friendly and helpful when we needed it. You made our stay wonderful. We couldn’t have wished for a more romantic honeymoon stay! Thank you Alessandra for your historic, unique and lovely home.

Beautiful views in a quiet location. The children didn’t use the downstairs bedroom as it can only be accessed by outside steps and didn’t have a lock. This didn’t matter as the second bedroom has two single beds and is a good size. When we had a problem with the shower draining very slowly, the matter was sorted very quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

We found everything we needed in the apartment, including sunscreen, towels, after sun lotion. The host was very nice, he left us water, fruit and other stuff to eat in the fridge. The hospitality was on point. It was very clean, AC in every room, it looked like in the pictures. The only inconvenient was that you definitely need a car to go to the beach or other attractions and you can’t swim in the pool after 8pm.

Everything was very thoughtful and a great house, thank you for having us.

Berke was a friendly and hospitable host. My parents arrived a few days earlier, and he was kind enough to take them to a restaurant to eat, as the arrived late in the evening.

A wonderful apartment for a family vacation! We spent 17 days here and were absolutely delighted. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with a perfect location—just a short walk to the sea. Every day began with a stroll along the promenade, and the fresh sea air made our stay unforgettable. We loved the local fish market, where we bought fresh fish and shrimp to cook in the oven—an amazing culinary experience! The apartment is ideal for families with children. Our kids adored the swings on the balcony, and the elevator in the building made everything more convenient. The host thoughtfully provided a crib, high chair, and a bucket of toys for our youngest, which was a wonderful bonus. Everything was well-equipped for a comfortable stay, and we felt right at home. Huge thanks to the hosts for their hospitality. We’d love to come back and highly recommend this apartment for a cozy and convenient vacation!

Fantastic villa with great amenities and local information to keep you well fed and watered. Tessa was super attentive and dealt with our few queries very promptly. Pool was cleaned regularly as was the garden and my partner felt safe home alone whilst we were diving - good security features albeit we felt safe where ever we went. Locals very friendly and always gave us a wave and hello! Would I go back? Definitely; super relaxing chilling by the pool and eating out at some lovely local venues to suit all tastes and budgets.

Lovely house and pool situated 10 minutes outside Larnaca. Easy access to the main road A3 for moving around the island. Lovely villa with huge living area and a nice kitchen. Bedrooms are large with two bathrooms.

Beautiful villa and location. Couple of Local restaurants within walking distance. So peaceful. Extremely helpful hosts. Had an amazing time. Would definitely come again.
