Large and exclusive villa of 270 sqm. The villa is located 200 meters from the beach and has a sea view. There are terraces and balconies, so you can get some sun in the morning and evening. The villa has outdoor shelters, fire pit, barbecue, children's area and outdoor hot tub with constant temperature of minimum 35 degrees. The villa has been completely renovated in 2020 and consists of the best materials. There are for the villa blah. 3 bedrooms, two toilets with blah. Bathtub. The villa is also close to the city centre and harbour. A car can be rented.

The Black Pearl The most magical view and nature surrounds the cottage. ✔️1 dune row in Hou with both lake and ocean view ✔️12 people / 5 rooms ✔️sauna, wilderness baths, and everything in appliances ✔️newly renovated in 2021 ✔️ close to cozy city The cottage is furnished with five bedrooms each with two sleeping places in all, but a family room with 4 beds. Bright nice kitchen with lots of cookware and everything in appliances. Large bathroom with shower and a nice sauna. Electricity and water are charged according to consumption.

You'll love this unique and romantic home overlooking one of Denmark's best beaches and close to Rønbjerg. The house is newly built in classic Danish style that suits the area with a lot of small Danish summer houses that are close to each other and everyone greets each other. The heart of the house is a larger kitchen dining room living room area where families can cook anything from food, creative play or enjoy a great movie together. Lovely cottage with the best location only 600 m from the wonderful beach. From the house, you have wonderful views of protected nature. There are plenty of possibilities for enjoying the lovely region, where you can hike, enjoy the sea at the vast white, sandy beaches, and explore one of the longest MBT tracks on your mountain bike, which runs close to the house. Large living and dining room and a new kitchen and bathrooms. 3 bedrooms with room for 6. Firewood for the woodstove is included.

Our new summerhouse is beautifully situated in Grønhøj south of Løkken. Approx. 300 m. to the beach and the North Sea. Groceries a few min. walk from the house. The area offers wildlife, hiking trails and cycling routes. In Løkken you will find restaurants, cafés, culture and shopping (clothes, ceramics, art, antiques, flea market). On the beach you can buy fresh fish, fish from the pier, rent surfing equipment or a beach sauna. We hope you enjoy your stay and take care of our lovely house.

Small and good with great views

A small but cozy cottage of 60 m2, high on a cul-de-sac. Terraces on three sides of the house. Large terrace is southwest facing. Most often there are the most beautiful sunsets in the stay. View of Sallingsund (and Sallingsund Bridge) and Mors. Dome area with possibility of bike and nature walks in the surrounding area. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
