Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Nguyen Thai Binh

Nice house and convenient to move to the center

Loved this space! It was homey, clean, and had all the amenities and features that we were looking for. They even offered us laundry soap, which I thought was such a nice touch. I would definitely rebook. We had some issues with one of the key cards and the host was extremely quick to resolve all of our issues, each time!

The place is nice and clean. The location is not so far from the place we wanna visit. The owner is very friendly.

The apartment was modern, clean with a good kitchen and very basic microwave. Cabinetry was new and in new condition. Located on the 5th floor with several balconies however there are no clear city views but is not hemmed in by any unsavoury eyesore/neighbourhoods. The Zenity apartment complex and it's sister building the 1st Dimension apartments next door do not have any convience store attached however a 5 mins walk around the corner to Nguyen Chanh Chan road has at least 1 that opens very late. Breakfast options on this road include individual restaurants specialising in Hu Tieu, Pho, Bun Rieu and com Tam. Being Saigon there are over 5-6 small coffee shops on and off this road in the alleyways. Being on the main Vo Van Kiet artery road it is easily accessible if arriving from outside of Saigon. It is close enough by Grab taxi to get to the central Ben Thanh market in about 15 mins hower if on foot might take 35mins. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

The place was comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. The area is peaceful but accessible at the same time and easy transportation. Nidova even went above and beyond by allowing us to leave our luggages at their office after checking out. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a place to stay in D1. Thank you so much, Nidova, and we really hope to come back in the near future.

I was satisfied with everything, but the room was different from the picture. The room I changed wasn't bad either.

Very beautiful apartment with a nice view. The host was very friendly and the communication was very good.

We had a great and comfortable stay, with all the expected amenities. The swimming pool on the 25th floor is amazing, with panoramic views of the city. This is truly a top notch apartment for spending a few days in Saigon.
