Very good

It is easy to walk around in the Midding area. It's a vacant lot right in front of you, but it's not noisy. If Midding is Korean town, this place across the street has a little more local feel. We have everything you need. The bed was clean and the kitchen utensils were all well equipped. The cooling worked well. It wasn't luxurious, but it was perfect for the price. Thank you.

The apartment was fantastic. Everything is thoughtfully laid out: it’s compact but efficient. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with a microwave, electric kettle, induction hot plate, and all necessary dishes and utensils. They sold me large bottles of drinking water throughout my stay. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. The view from the windows is lovely, and there are lots of windows. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy (construction, football revelry), but the double-panel glass blocked out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully every night. Tracy was responsive and helpful: she’d always answer my messages within a few minutes and helped me to troubleshoot the few problems I had. E.g. my electric kettle stopped working, and she provided a new one immediately. I’ve stayed in Hà Nội many times, and this is my favorite apartment. Highly recommended!

Definitely worth yours

I recently stayed at an apartment in Hanoi that was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant sights and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. A highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, which offered a great space to relax and enjoy the view over the city skyline, especially during sunset. The area was also fairly quiet considering its central location, making it a nice escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance between accessibility and comfort in Hanoi!

Mai was a great host. She answered all questions and concerns promptly both before check-in and during our stay. When we arrived a few things were not as pictured or promised, and she had the staff correct them faster than one would think possible. On the downside, the promised view of "All rooms feature big window with stunning view over West Lake and beautiful landscape" was not true. The bedroom window looked out over a side street that was fine. But the living room/dining area had a view of a roof directly abutting the window, with a large water tank on top and then construction. There was no view of a lake or any landscape. The noise from the construction was bothersome at times, but never in the evening, so if you are out all day it would not be an issue. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.

I absolutely loved this apartment! Nguyen was fantastic—always in touch and attentive to every little detail we needed during our stay. From arranging airport pickup and drop-off to ensuring an easy check-in and check-out process, Nguyen went above and beyond. The apartment was compact, clean, and tidy, with all the essentials we needed. The building itself was incredibly convenient, with a supermarket and a coffee shop right downstairs, which was undoubtedly one of the best parts of our stay. Plus, being located on the main road made it super easy for Grab drivers to find the place. Although we faced a few minor hiccups, Nguyen handled everything with such understanding and professionalism. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Very good options for this area of Hanoi. The room is cheap and it’s very good option for this price. It’s nice overall and the checkin was easy. No ants or bugs inside which I’ve seen in a lot of other buildings in Hanoi, so this is definitely somewhere I recommend. I had to leave Hanoi early but when I go back I’ll stay here again for sure.

10 days here and everything was good, this place close to mini market, cafes, and restaurants. Located in West Lake and it was so beautiful in the morning and night. We came here when the temperature was low and it was cold outside but inside the place so warm and they provided heater as well. They have washing machine and dryer in the building that can be used. You can also try Chillhood Cafe nearby, egg coffee so good! ☺️🫶

Very clean and comfortable apartment, in particular the bed! Nice view from the balcony. The street is quite quiet. The staff is very nice. It is well located in a non touristic neighborhood.

Derrick was super helpful host. Apartament was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I highly recommend this pace.

I have stayed with Chi a couple times already. Chi is an amazing host. They are responsive and extremely helpful. They were willing to extend my stay on a short notice and even helped me find accommodations in another location! I can wholeheartedly recommend Chi as a host and will be back as a customer next time I'm in Hanoi.

Giao and his family went up and beyond with offering help and services. Quiet area but just a 10 minutes walk to the (north of the) old city quarters.

Highly recommend this apartment if you're looking for a quiet place in a cozy area in Hanoi, especially for longer stays. The apartment is charming, just like in the pictures, with a nice view over the neighborhood. There are great cafes and restaurants around (don't miss bun ca mang chua co hanh closeby). Thach was always helpful and responsive.

Bed was super comfortable, not too soft, not too hard. Just perfect. Bathroom clean and spacious. Good pressure in the shower. Kitchenette had proper knife 😄👌 hotels rarely do. Some pots, pans, plates etc. Really quiet room. All in all super nice... Recommend because of location.

We had a fantastic stay at Ficus Suite Apartments in Hanoi. The location is unbeatable - everything is within walking distance. We could easily explore the main tourist sites, wander around the old town, and discover delicious local food. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable - a perfect home base after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions and offer recommendations. Overall, Ficus Suite Apartments offered great value for money. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Hanoi.

The place is as described. Very good location, only 20 mins to old quarter with Grab or taxi. There is a small lake just a short walk from the place and many cafes around the lake. I really liked Lan’s place. The security uncle was friendly and helpful to us. Lan is always responsive and friendly. Can’t ask for more with this place! Note - there is construction nearby but it is not very loud, bearable. I wore ear plugs and slept well. Overall, great little room 😍
