It was nice staying in this place

The most satisfying accommodation I've stayed in Vietnam. Although it was located in the center of the city, the trees were visible from the window, so I was able to enjoy the secluded and relaxed scenery. Delicious restaurants are nearby and Haiphong's sights are all around the accommodation. The interior of the accommodation was also spacious, and there was a bidet in the bathroom with a bathtub, and the warm water came out well and was clean.

The place is really spacious and clean, together with a hospitable and helpful host made the trip remarkably pleasant.

Okay, there are carp in front of the house, and cats are welcomed. The owner is friendly and wants to stay again. It feels like being with nature.

New complex, nice penthouse duplex. Amenities in the building are not so much though, if you have a car to get around it will be more enjoyable!

Ngan is such a kind and thoughtful host! She booked me transportation both to and from Hanoi airport. She was patient and understanding. The view from the flat is unbelievable and the Citadines building has everything one could need including pool, gym, convenience store, two restaurants, and a spa. This place is perfect for a couple or small family who would like to be away from the hustle and bustle of Bay Chai.

I recommend this as a perfect place to stay. It was nice to stay in a top-notch hotel with a nice view, clean interior, and quick response. If you are staying in Ha Long, I definitely recommend staying here. If I come back to Ha Long, I will stay here.

Needed a place to chill over Christmas holidays. Giant TV, balcony, full table to do a puzzle, comfy bed( a little in the firm side), and great shower. We hardly left the apartment. There is a restaurant on site so you literally don’t have to leave the hotel if you don’t won’t to. Didn’t use the pool or gym but they looked nice. WiFi works great. Ha long Bay is absolutely dead in the winter and the views are not great this time of year. It made it a great destination to literally do nothing which was perfect for us. Host was great and very responsive and provided suggestions.

Kat's place was good. great location. Kat as a Host was so responsible and friendly always response my messages on time. She gave good institutions for check in.
