Definitely one of three best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Novi and Bjorn’s place is really amazing! The heritage home gave us a very homely feeling and too comfortable to go out for attractions visit! We can tell a lot of effort has been put into to the detail to make it clean and cozy. Thanks Pak Tunggal’s hospitality and also showing us around to share more about the history of this heritage home. The location easily accessible by Grab to Malioboro street in 10-15 min, walkable distance to a grocery place with eatery. I am sure I’ll come back again for my next trip to Jogja!

Very beautiful villa with huge rooms, fantastic paddy fields view, very cozy. Mr.Tri also very helpful and try his best to make our stay comfortable. Location near many tourist attractions with less crowded traffic. Highly recommended place to stay.

Wifi connection very slow

We enjoyed our few days here. The breakfast and laundry services were much appreciated. The space offered a peaceful, traditional feel inside the city. The pool provided a refreshing start to each day. We loved our time in Yogya and this space certainly played a part.

Thank you, adelia. The place is amazing for the cheap price. Close to prambanan and many other temples. In front of the cluster there is a cofeeshop, a restaurant, as well as a vegetable artisan. So we can cook to save budget, because in the homestay is also available for stoves etc. Air conditioning is cold, water heater works well. Every day there is a housekeeper who is clean to us. The point for the cheap price is very worth it. Next time you go to jogja again you'll definitely book a place in adelia again. Thank you again

Pulas is probably the finest villa in all of Jogja—cozy, ultra-modern, and thoughtfully designed with ample space to unwind. It strikes the perfect balance between peaceful seclusion and a prime, central location, making it both a retreat and a convenience. Truly an oasis. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jogja or seeking a rejuvenating staycation.

Stay For 4 days, 5 adults and 2 kids Nice, peaceful, clean and great location Full Kitchen equipment and utensils if you do your own laundry, they have all the things you need lots of Fruits, Coffee, Noodles etc. And have extra-bed. We never meet in person but the owner always communicates well and gives complete and clear instructions. 5 out of 5 Very Recommended

Such a homey accommodation for large group. Safe neighbourhood in a residential area, close to city center. Very sufficient amenities: soap, shampoo, towels are provided. Sufficient kitchen appliances.

The accommodation is very comfortable the rooms are spacious and the welcome is excellent.

The housing is quiet and beautiful, the house is neat and clean, will stay here again.

The house is big, clean, safe and very comfortable, easy self check in and check out, our family feels like we are at home. Everything works fine, it's just that the AC in the front bedroom doesn't work so I have to move the fan in to the room to make it more comfortable, the rest is all OK. Pak Anton and Pak Rofi (the housekeeper) are very communicative and quick to help. The location also very good and close to the city center. Next to the house there is a small shop which is quite complete to find basic daily needs. We highly recommend the AW Simply Homestay and sure will be happy to come back and stay again when we Travelling to Jogya. Once again thank you and best wishes for you.

Highly recommended for those who want to vacation in Jogja, the atmosphere is quiet, all destinations can still be reached easily

The place is clean, but the water heater is only in 1 toilet in the room. The fish pond is not as clean as in the photos. The rest is highly recommended, the location is quite in the middle of the city, the host is very friendly.

strategic location and easy to access, near minimarkets and restaurants. the villa unit is still very new and clean, there is an air purifier in every room. when staying a few small obstacles but the host is very responsive in answering messages and fixing. overall good experience.

I love the place as it shows exactly like the photos on the apps. place is very comfortable with not too much elegant touch. you will feel like you are actually at home. Dian who met us during check-in time was very kind as well. she explained all the important things and is very responsive when we have any question. I will book this place again for sure when I come back with my family next time

very friendly host, very helpful and nice, always available, he has been kind to us all the way through and understanding, mentioned that if we need anything to let him know and that he would provide it for us, offered us to go out for food and get to see the place, try out different foods and see what the place is like in general, the house is very very beautiful and cozy, after we had to check out we wanted to come back and stay there some more time, will be coming back here on the next trip for sure :D
