We had an excellent stay. The home is lovely and very comfortable. It is well equipped and the fire is great. Would recommend and hopefully return!

Tracey and Mark are amazing hosts. They are extremely welcoming, accommodating, attentive and made us feel at home. The cottage was stunning, extremely cosy and exactly like the pictures. Attention to detail is amazing, and the little extras such as home made and local produce presented in a gift basket really shows how much they care about their guests. We highly recommend taking them up on the offer of a cooked meal. Mark is an exceptional chef and the food was phenomenal! Thank you so much for an amazing birthday meal! The hot tub and sauna really helped finish off the days and helped us unwind from everyday life. It was much needed! It was so relaxing and peaceful, it really is in an ideal location away from the hustle and bustle, but at the same time conveniently located to see the many attractions Cornwall has to offer. We can't recommend them enough, we would definitely stay again!

The photos don’t do it justice. The views from the garden are even better in person. The house itself is a lovely mix of a modern and rustic cottage. Miranda was a very attentive and responsive host, helping us with anything we needed. There were so many nice touches around the house, one including the binoculars which was made good use of on our hikes! Such a peaceful area set back from it all. Would definitely recommend.

Helen went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. The most delicious scones, cream and jam awaited us and then she gave us some homegrown tomatoes. Cottage was very warm and cozy.

Our stay at Orchard Cottage was magical. Lower Marsh Farm is a beautiful setting and really helped my partner and I to truly relax. The cottage was such a relaxing environment to come back to after exploring cornwall, and the hot tub really made it extra special. Olivia was a superb hostess, and greeted us and talked us through where we could find local amenities and checked if we had any requirements. We absolutely loved it here and will be returning :))

Gorgeous cottage in a really picturesque place. Accommodation has all necessary amenities. Kaye & Richard are lovely hosts - hospitable & knowledgeable. Beautifully scenic walks literally on their doorstep. And it’s just a short drive (20 mins) from the coast where there are some stunning walks. Could have done with a couple more days to explore the area!

Susan and Jim went out of their way to accommodate us. We were arriving from 3 different locations at different times hence their flexibility was brilliant. The location is really stunning and unspoilt. The villages are really attractive and the views are amazing. Despite the weather being quite wintery, we had a wonderful time and saw some amazing sights. Thanks for having us!

We spent a lovely couple of nights at Chris and Freya's cottage which is as described with a homely feel and beautiful views. Sadly we were hampered a little by storm Bert so didn't get a chance to visit the farm but nonetheless thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you're travelling from London Stourhead is a great stop!

Great place to stay, exactly as described. Perfect for a few days walking on the beautiful surrounding coastline.

The cottage is in a lovely location with great views from one of the double bedrooms and the conservatory and driveway. It felt very homely with the fire very useful, comfy sofas, thick stone walls. Kitchen is a little small but has everything needed, and has a spacious dining area attached. Comfortably fits 6, even 7 with sofa bed, though the two single bed mattresses feel a bit old. It was at a discounted price however with some more work said to be needed. Lovely woodland walk on the doorstep and coast very close. Very quiet and peaceful. Didn’t find pre-warned damp much of an issue. Amy was helpful and attentive though being in a different time zone. Appreciated the private space. A good find.

What a gem of a find. Absolutely cosy, beautiful and lovely country cottage in a quite location. The farm animals were lovely especially "Honey" the goat. The fresh milk and shortbread were much appreciated after a long drive which went down well with hot coffee and tea. Sarah and Garry are absolutely brilliant hosts. Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone. Thanks you for a lovely time.

A lovely cottage in a picturesque setting. Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had plenty of equipment. Rich answered any queries, explained clearly how to find the cottage and there was a good information pack, and there were lovely little extras left for us. The cottage was great value for money, spacious and well-placed for everything you needed in the lovely village of Braunton. I would definitely recommend it.

It was a lovely two bedroom cottage. We loved the wood fire and used it every night. Walking distance of a few minutes to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Trevor & Sarah made us feel very welcome, and we're fantastic hosts. beautiful location, surroundings and accommodation. watching the birds on the garden feeders just outside in the garden with a nice glass of wine was so relaxing. completely recommend a stay here.

Stayed here for 4 nights between Xmas and New Year lovely cosy cottage well designed and modern kitchen cloakroom and bathroom, beds comfortable garden looked lovely but too wet weather wise to make use of but the log fire came in handy. Stayed local with day and night visits to Clovelly villiage in walking distance, plenty of places to visit by car if required. Ashley responsive and we would recommend his cottage.

The house is absolutely beautiful, it's better than the photos. When we walked in the smell was amazing. Great location, would recommend. Love, love, love!!

We had a great stay at Nicola's in her lovely warm cottage which was very convenient for our family wedding nearby. Nothing was too much trouble, be it wood for the burner in the conservatory or more milk for our breakfasts and she made is a delicious loaf of bread and gave us freshly laid eggs from her hens. The location was peaceful and quiet in beautiful surroundings.

Just that we had another wonderful stay and will be coming back soon to further explore the beautiful area Lovely little cottage stay, secluded and picturesque. Great for walks and nap in the afternoon in front of the fire

Loved staying in Bumblebee cottage. We picked it due to it's location and it looked a lovely cottage. It did not disappoint. We travelled around and nowhere was too far. The Quarryman Inn was great. Food delicious and friendly staff. Recommend booking if travelling with a dog like us, as you need to be in the bar area. We had flowers, prosecco and milk waiting for us which was a lovely touch. Would love to stay here again.

Very shortly after arriving I received a very warm welcome from Ian and Clare. I could park directly next to the cottage, which had a lovely secure & compact garden, so I knew the dogs were safe & sound. The well-maintained and good-sized paddock is brilliant for the dogs to have a quick runaround & chase the toys that can be borrowed from inside the well-equipped laundry room. Wren Cottage was pristine, with everything needed for a warm & comfortable stay. There are two very comfortable armchairs. There was always hot water and plenty of storage space in the kitchen. The dog biscuits & human treats were an unexpected and very welcome touch. The maps and local information package was very useful. The cottage is only a 10-15-min walk from the beautiful St Nectan's Glen, and a little further down the road, you can pick up the coast path & walk through Rocky Valley and into Tintagel. There is a shorter route to Tintagel if preferred. Boscastle & other places v accessible by car & bus.

fantastic host and great place to stay with a group, the host and co host are always on hand to help. I would recommend for anyone and definitely stay again.
