we had a lovely stay at Jos’s accommodation, it had everything we needed. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy too. the linen was clean and the towels provided were soft and washed. i would highly recommend staying at Jos’s accommodation if you need a pit stop or break in manchester, very accessible and easy to park. will stay again.

This is a beautiful let to stay at, The pool is magnificent and the house is top class. Loads of hidden features all around and a ginormous TV! Great hosts & Lovely plot & local area. Highly recommend Bears Paw for food just 5 mins away. Thank you, We would love to come back

It's a good house with 4 rooms to live in. Quiet outside and near to Rochdale center, convenient enough to the stores and supermarkets. While there are some minor stains in the kitchen when arrived, but not impacts on the experience. We come through some issues during the living, but were sorted very soon. This house should be recommended.

Place is very nice and all required things available for a pleasant stay. Host Yasmin is very friendly and takes care of all the requirements of the guest. Room is big and we enjoyed the stay with family. Local shop and bus stop in walking distance. Cheshire oaks just 15 minutes away. The area surrounding the property is posh and beautiful. Great stay with family for trip up to Liverpool. Lovely and homely house. Great space to host with heated pool and big tables for everyone to sit around in evening

The Barn was exactly as described and from the moment we walked in, felt homely and welcoming. Mike was incredibly helpful and always available if required. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to stay and having access to a private pool made our stay even more special. Thanks Mike for being a great host and opening up your accommodation to vistors

Most beautiful property with picturesque surroundings. Delanie welcomed us and there was a lovely hamper full of M&S goodies. Then we were left to enjoy ourselves. Questions could be asked via the site, and quickly responded too. The property was pristine and beautiful. The showers were lovely. Beds comfortable with lovely rooms. Especially loved the attic room. The kitchen was well equipped. Delanie added a nice touch with the tea, coffee, milk, bread and butter. And the M&S jams! Loved having tea n toast when we bought our belongings in. The views from the front and back of the property are beautiful and calming. With trees staying in the wind. We wasn't disturbed during our visit. So it didn't matter that we was on the hosts private land and living space. Delanie gave us clear and plenty of information. Delanie was the perfect host! Polite and helpful. Me and the family are looking for reasons to stay again. We all loved it so much. And we watched Deadpool in the pool.

We stayed for two nights over the Christmas period , the house was beyond beautiful and in a really good area to get into the Center of hebden. John was a lovely host . We can’t wait to come back soon 😀

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place is beautiful and clean and the huge TVs in each bedroom was a massive plus for us. The kids loved the game room and none of us wanted to leave. The surroundings are also lovely. We hope to stay here again soon!

Zeny is a very friendly and helpful host. She provided will all the instructions and also answered our query very quick. The place was well stocked with tea, coffee, chocolate's, drinks, milk. The bar area was nice place to hang out. The house had good amount of rooms to accommodate our group.

House as described, comfortable, easy to check in. Tim very helpful and polite.

After being ghosted by another host, we had to find a new house for 4 people at 8pm on a Saturday night. Usmaan's house not only ticked all the right boxes, but it was a genuinely good place that I should have booked in the first place. Usmaan himself was a great host as well, very understanding of why I was booking so late, and immediately giving us clear instructions on how to check in. It's a shame I didn't book his place in the first instance, I will definitely go back should I ever need a place in Manchester.

We had chosen this place as it was a ten minute drive to the arts and music festival we were attending. The house is lovey and spacious, on a quiet street but very easy to get to Salford and Manchester. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The property was stunning, with gorgeous views that we could admire for hours. The hot tub was the perfect touch, making our evenings so relaxing and memorable. The hosts truly thought of everything – the house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful little details that made the stay extra special. It felt like a home away from home, but better! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Such a great house: easy to find; close to all amenities you’d need and more; beautiful surroundings; peaceful atmosphere; a short drive to Chester; and great communication from the hosts. We stayed here to host our family of 11 for Christmas dinner and whilst no, it didn’t sleep that whole group, there was more than enough room to prep and host the feast! An altogether fantastic stay and muchly recommended!

we stayed for 2 nights to visit the Trafford Centre and enjoy a couple of nights away. The host were very friendly and helped with a few queries prprior to ouour visit. Very quick responses to my messages and great ininformation regarding the nearest supermarket etc. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need for a lovely break. Very comfortable beds and lounge areas. we would 100% recommend and would love to stay here again. Thank you for our lovely few days away and for everything you have done for us ❤️

We had an amazing time at Stephen's house. There's everything what you need for a short or longer stay. Beds are very comfortable, house is warm, large kitchen. House is located in residential area, walkable distance to main Blackpool attractions. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at David's beautiful house in Blackpool. The house was lovely and clean, everything we needed. 6 min drive in the car to the seafront. Or a £3 uber taxi. Excellent communication, was there if I needed anything. Would recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

We had a great family early Christmas, travelling up to see our grandson. The house is warm and comfortable, ideal for the four staying and dinner for seven. The location is very close to the middle of the town and easy to find. There are plenty of pubs, bars & restaurants within a short walk. Lou has made the house really homely. A Christmas tree and the “pet centre” were a thoughtful bonus.

Great house! Private location with loads of space for 8 people. Every bedroom has an en suite which was handy as we were 4 couples staying for a couple of nights. Kelle was a great host and even left us some bread, milk, Prosecco and chocolates which was a lovely touch - would definitely stay again!
