Holiday rentals with a patio in Newport

We had a magical stay here. The views were incredible, the beach access was ideal, the space was very welcoming. We went on off-season so the price was very affordable. If I had one constructive feedback – it would be the hide a bed; It is definitely not comfortable – but the couch sure was! 😊 and Lisa was very easy to work with and very nice. We hope to be back!

We frequent the Oregon Coast and are glad we found this gem! Comfortable bed, beautiful view and perfect location, close to all the Newport things. Will be back!

The space was relaxing and beautifully decorated with lots of nice amenities. The bed was super comfy and it was such a lovely treat to be welcomed by all of the natural light coming in from the living room windows. Rachel responded promptly and courteously to my questions. It was great being so close to the beach access point. Definitely a great place to unwind in Lincoln City!

Our family rented the 3 bedroom loft overlooking the property and ocean. We were gathering to mourn the loss of a beloved family member and the setting was the most beautiful, peaceful, and healing space we could have hoped for. Our beloved was a former commercial fisherman so being able to see the very expanse of ocean in which she had fished for dungeness frequently made this place very special. It was big and open and perfect enough to hold the enormous, oceans of love, that we and others who gathered with us, were there to share and express. Jana was a kind, patient, and gracious host, even as she had to redirect some of our friends and family to the proper door for our unit. This place, and its host, is the embodiment of kindess, love, peace, beauty, and healing.

What a beautiful view! Nice little unit that was just right for 3 adults. We would stay here again!

Great space and location. Good for kids, lots of arcade games and entertainment. Do not recommend if you have a hard time with stairs. House is beautiful with good lighting and a great view. Nothing beats a hot tube.

I don't have too many words that can describe this home. The home is absolutely beautiful! I like that it had two separate spaces and the animals were abundant! We had Eagles everyday!! We had owls, great blue heron, egrets, and elk within viewing distance! We heard coyotes one night which was nice and relaxing. There is so much to do just in a 30 Mi range that you will not get bored. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. The very last day I did see a golden eagle which was surprising! Overall it was a great stay and we loved the place!

The location of this house is unbelievable, just feet away from the Pacific Ocean. We were warm and cozy during a pretty big storm, and loved hiking on the beach at low tide. Beautiful!

We had a great 2-night stay at Jason’s. Our doggo loved it as well! We were thankful that something this nice was within the perimeters of our plans.

Perfect stay... again. Aimee is an amazing host. Responsive, friendly, and has a wonderful home - Proposal Rock view, lots of windows, wraparound deck. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Definitely hope to stay again.

Not enough space to say how perfect this place was! Quiet, peaceful, spacious, clean, loaded with amenities, tastefully decorated, uncluttered, and inviting. The kitchen is well equipped, and the two fireplaces added to the restful ambiance. Just a very short walk to the beach which never had anyone on it!!!. One of the few places on the west coast where you can have a fire on the beach and although not directly next to the surf you can constantly hear it from the house. Having the outdoor gas BBQ is a bonus (although we never used it), and the surround garden is so pretty and peaceful. Ample off street parking for 3 vehicles. There is even an outside spigot to wash off those sandy feet and toys. The house is adjacent to the Oregon Park's "Sitka Sedge", one of the best hiking trails in the area which gives new meaning to the term "enchanted forest". Kayakers will enjoy Whalen Island recreation area just 1 mile from the house; just be sure to check the tide charts! Just perfect!

My family and I had a relaxing stay here. the home is very clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space for the 4 of us. we enjoyed the Keurig coffee and tea machine. And the fireplace kept us warm. It had a bit of a European feeling since we were above an Italian restaurant, and a few other retailers below. The beach is a 5 minute walk across the street and we could see the waves rolling in from the upstairs. There's a fun dining table that lights up from beneath when you walk by.

By far the most and best amenities of any Airbnb I've been to. From the basket of random useful stuff (like a spare charger!) to plenty of blankets, towels, bathroom amenities, kitchen ware - this spot seriously has thought about everything. And there are labels everywhere so you don't need to dance around the kitchen trying to find what you're looking for! Great views, quiet, comfortable bed. And Leah was kind enough to notify us that we could check in super early once the cleaners were done. I've been to dozens of airbnbs and this is the first where I'd really prefer to give 6 stars.

This ocean front home was beautiful and quiet! Our stay was booked last minute but LaDonna got back to us quickly and was very responsive during our stay. The house was comfortable and we loved that we could sit on the couch and watch the ocean.

This place was lovely! The ocean views are spectacular. It is conveniently located and easy to find. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The condo itself was clean and well organized. Whenever we needed something it was easy to find. As cooks, we enjoyed the kitchen and cookware was better than most rentals we've used. In all, we would definitely stay here again!

Tony was great couldn’t make it because of the weather, but it was for my birthday and it was very special and he ended up giving us an extra night. Can’t say enough about this place would definitely stay again .

I spent Christmas eve and day here with my adult kids and 2 dogs. Between rain showers, walks to the beach were fun for all. We enjoyed staying in the condo with all the amenities and rooms as described. Very clean and comfortable.

Our stay on the Oregon coast was memorable. The location within NYE beach is fantastic. Take the stairs to the beach, watch the stars at night and listen to the ocean! Our host was responsive, supportive, and the home was very clean. Thank you for helping to make our short holiday special.
