Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Newmarket

We stayed for Six60 at The Base and couldnt have been happier with Naomi's place. Clean, well provisioned and perfect location. The bonus was the Mibo Bakery downstairs, absolutely fantastic! As Aucklanders having a staycation we were very happy!

Nice place, quiet location. Wei is a great host, milk and the fruit bowl was really appreciated.

We had a great stay at Leon & Alex's place. The place was nice and clean and good location for us to visit family. Fantastic hosts and great place, would highly recommend!

Really happy with our stay in Auckland. Its spacious, nice bathroom and good shower, comfortable bed and fine kitchen to make breakfast (we only used it for that). I’ve already read it in a precious review, but around 4:30am trash is getting picked up. This is noisy, but not for too long fortunately.

Location: Perfect restaurants, shopping, catholic church, near cruise port. Host: Lain appreciates quick responses to our questions. Place highly recommend.

This property was all the "C"s - clean, conveniently located, comfortable and cosy. It was situated in a safe gated compound with well maintained pool, gym and tennis court at the foot of Mount Wellington a great local beauty spot from the top of which are sweeping views of all of Auckland. It is a short bus ride/reasonable walk from the excellent Sylvia Park shopping mall and the railway/bus station almost opposite provides quick uncomplicated access to the city's transport network - 15 mins from the CBD.

Great spot. Great location. Central to a lot. Helped as we had a car and they had a carpark. Im familiar with the area anyway but super central, also really nice & quiet at the same time

Spacious and set in a beautiful setting. Given we were only there one night we didn’t utilise all that the apartment offered. Having three bathrooms was a bonus and we mastered the driveway! Many thanks

What a beautiful home, everything about it to the community it’s surrounded by is so safe and feels just home especially being away from Home. Everything we needed was right at home and such a pleasant area so clean! Highly recommend Rods place and if I ever come and visit I would hope to stay there gain! 👌😍❤️

Beautiful clean place on a quiet cul-de-sac, that made us feel at home. Very welcoming and so spacious for family and friends to come visit while we were on holiday, with a reserve and lil playground within walking distance for the kids to play. Multiple messages around the place to assist with instructions or for anything not working. Comms was great and in a timely manner. Yan also opened a date he had originally blocked out that was prior to our initial booking, so we could book an additional day. Check-in was easy with clear instructions. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place, especially for lil families/groups 👍🏽

Fantastic holiday pad. Great for groups travelling with kids. The sandpit was a hit with the kids when we were having a break from the beach. Decking areas were beautiful and very relaxing to sit out at after a great day on the beach. Perfect location. Cannot wait to come visit again

We had the best time and really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed including a really cool covered outdoor area with a rural and beach view that we spent a good amount of time in laughing, playing cards, having Waiheke vino & antipasto platters. If it was raining or windy you can pull down the screens to block it off. The heated outdoor shower and spa was great after a swim the beach, shops and restaurants were so close to walk too.

Loved the stay, the property was beautiful, peaceful and clean, it made you feel like you were miles away from the business of Auckland. The instructions were simple and easy to understand and the host was great to communicate with.

An ideal location for visiting family or friends in the area - fully equipped kitchen, spacious & clean accommodation - our 3rd stay!

Central location. We walked around into the city and to the marina without issue. Plenty of bus routes if you prefer. The supermarket is around the corner. Plenty of options for bars/cafes within walking distance. We have two kids and found a huge playground and grassed area just across the road. Pool and gym in the building was an added pleasure. Robert was great to converse with and was quick in reply :) Would definitely book again if visiting again.

This place was right next to the Park which was great for a quick and lovely walk to CBD. The windows were all facing the park so the views were very nice to wake up to! The apartment had all amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen utensils, etc.) which was very convenient. The hosts also left us some local fudge as a welcome which was very thoughtful. The apartment is also very close to a large mart which was very convenient for getting some basic groceries. Everything was also very clean! We had a lovely stay :)

Sky Blue is a great place to stay. The condo is bright, extremely spacious, and spotless. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure and hot water are great. The blow dryer works great. The kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful dishes. There’s an espresso machine and French press, we used both. The location is fantastic right down the street from the beach and in the heart of Takapuna Beach full of restaurants and shops. We loved waking up and coming home to sit and relax on the enclosed lanai. The washer and dryer worked fine but are on the small side. The TV works good too. The condo is upstairs but you enter on the ground floor and walk up a set of stairs once inside. We highly recommend Sky Blue.

Great location for sea swimming at the end of a day’s sightseeing. Easy to get into town centre. Apartment very quiet.

We had a great 3-day stay at Nick's place and would be happy to stay here again. The private balcony is clearly the star of the show with its garden, grill, jacuzzi ("spa pool" in Kiwi-speak), and Sky Tower view. The condo is in a great location (I recommend the Grey Lynn butcher shop to make best use of Nick's grill) while still being quiet & private. And Nick himself is easily among the best Airbnb hosts I've interacted with –– he went above & beyond to make sure that check in & check out were at times that made sense for us, he's got a great sense of humor ("humour" in Kiwi-speak), and generally speaking he seemed to genuinely care that we had a fun experience.

Gary’s place was even better than the photos. Two turns off the motorway and you’re there. Fantastic corner views across Auckland, including the sky tower and the sea. Everything we needed, and a great walkable location, highly recommended.

I loved staying here. prime location, pictures are very accurate. the space is lovely, spacious and the hosts are responsive, helpful and overall really good. I highly recommend this bnb. it's worth every dollar spent. I actually thought it was going to br deceiving and small but it was the opposite. photos are a very accurate representation of this unit. they are not deceiving and represent the size of the unit perfectly.

After an 18 day cruise across the Pacific, it was great to be welcomed at such a beautiful condo. The unit is spacious and has “drop dead” gorgeous views. We used the deck every evening to have a glass of wine and watch the harbor activity. It was magical. The unit is well equipped with very comfortable beds. We cooked most nights and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bathrooms were spotless with plenty of towels etc. The complex is quiet which we appreciated. Never a noise issue. But if you want “life” it is a short walk to the quay which has many restaurants and bars. We found this to be the perfect location to get to know Auckland. We hope to return in the future.
