Wonderful home from home. First time we’ve had to bring our doggy along and Paul’s place was perfect. Obviously the surrounding area is the most beautiful. We were visiting for a family event so the location was perfect. House was spotless, easy to access, had everything we needed and was very welcoming. Really hope we can stay again. Thanks Paul

It really felt like home from home, with all facilities you could want. Lovely quiet cul de sac and a great location for walking into the city, exercising the dogs and plenty of interesting running routes.

We stayed in Scott's place at the end of October and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and was well equipped. The location is a little remote and while the bus is a short walk away and taxis are available, a car is really needed. The upside of this is that there are some lovely walks around. Penicuik is a 40 min walk away. I would definitely recommend Scott's house.

We had a phenomenal stay at the cottage for the holidays. Alasdair was responsive and everything was clean and comfortable. We miss it already!

We stayed at Andrea’s place for practical reasons as opposed to a holiday but would be great for either. It was a great for access to Dunfermline and Edinburgh. The area is residential, was lovely and quiet and felt really safe. The house was modern and spotless and had all we needed for a very comfortable stay.

Jamie was friendly and responsive which helped a lot. clear check in instructions and clean space.

Lovely property. Milk in the fridge when we arrived and fresh towels laid out with was a very thoughtful touch. Would stay again.

Perfect place to stay for a few days on a budget. About 10min walk from bus stops that led to the city, took about an hour to get into the city from here. Owners always got back with us quickly and were so kind. I reccommend staying here if you want more of a cozy stay away from the city!

A very comfortable place to stay with a mixed family group for Christmas. Really close to the city centre and with excellent public transport facilities. The apartment had everything we needed for self-catering, and there was also easy access to local restaurants. Our hosts were very prompt and clear with their instructions.

A beautiful, warm and delightful holiday home. Few mins walk to the beach and on a lovely holiday park with great facilities for children and dogs. Amazingly stocked kitchen equipment and such comfy beds and bedding. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back!

We felt truly safe and happy there. The amenities are top notch and the decorations are simply amazing. We did not get to celebrate Hogmanay as it was cancelled but we were just happy staying in and ringing in the new year there as it was just so cosy and warm! Would love to repeat another stay during Summer!

Linda and Ron made us feel very welcome and so helpful. We appreciated very much their kindness and patience with us having pets and in between homes, which was stressful, but having the homely feel of Linda and Ron's Annex helped tremendously. They gave us the space we needed but lovely to know they were close by and so accommodating. Can't recommend enough. Views from tbe Annex are stunning and everything you need is provided for. all was great - the apartment had a nice views and very sunny and light. the internet was reliable and fast for Netflix, the appliances were new including fridge freezer & washing machine, Also the heating system was new and reliable. all worked with no problem & you could easily park the car on the private spaces for the apartments. enjoyed beautiful walks along the huge beach, in beverage park and even to the near train station so could visit Edinburgh. all was amazing value and will book this apartment on next visit. most of all the hosts were very flexible and caring on checking in and out times to accommodate flight times. location was perfect. City centre next to everything. The view is amazing and the host was super helpful. Would recommend to anyone wanting to have an amazing experience when travelling to Edinburgh

Ronnie’s house was perfect for our stay in Edinburgh to attend our daughter’s wedding. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, everything we needed was available at the property, which was in a great location for getting into the City centre. Ronnie was a great host, he was very welcoming and prior to our arrival his communications were excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend it and would stay again if we needed to.

lovely stay! Abhilash gave clearly,easy to follow instructions for entering the cabin when we arrived. Great communication from the moment we booked until we left ! everything was as described. we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend! We will be returning for another stay in the future 🙂

Everything absolutely as described. Felt homely and welcoming. Ideal for a few days exploring Edinburgh. Local supermarket 2 minute walk away was handy for milk and supplies.
