Holiday rentals with beach access in New York

This was our second Thanksgiving at Lizette's place, and it felt even more like home this time: Comfortable, cozy, convenient and well equipped for all of our needs. We appreciated our host's quick and thoughtful responses. Lizette and Lorine are warm and welcoming and attentive to all questions. From our initial booking and right through our departure, we felt so well taken care of. This is a lovely place with beautiful sunrises and ocean views and all the conveniences you would need for a restful retreat or family celebration.

Carla was very accommodating and her place is super cozy in a great area right in the middle of the small town of highlands near a bunch of great cafes and the water!

Shawn was a great host. The place was exactly as described. Would definitely go back. Thank you so much. The one time I needed to communicate with him he responded immediately.

Very clean accommodation in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Hosts very responsive and attentive to our needs. Easy to get to Manhattan through the LIRR if you need to get there. We recommend. Thanks Saidy and Ed.

We had a lovely stay at Jenna's. The apartment was spacious and very clean, as pictured. Well located, minutes from the boardwalk, quiet neighborhood. We met Jenna and her husband, who were very nice. They made sure everything was going well for us and gave us restaurant recommendations. I recommend it without hesitating!

great place to stay for the weekend, and great space for either a couple getaway or small friends....it accommodates for both. Christina was very helpful.

I felt that Allison’s place was very clean, neat, and had anything that I could’ve needed. She also sent me a message, letting me know that if I didn’t need anything to let her know. Since they did such a good job with making sure everything needed was there I had no need to contact her. The next time I come to New York, I will definitely try to find her place.

Very cozy gem in the heart of Stamford-everything is within walking distance. The space is nicely set up and is very clean. The host communication and promptness are exceptional!

As always, me & my daughter’s stay was great! Geet is always responsive & willing to help. This is an amazing beach house airbnb I would recommend to anyone and & absolutely I would recommend his beach house to anyone. The beach house is great, it has everything you need and very kid friendly. This is my first destination when it comes to air bnb. Geet truly does work with you if you have questions about anything. Tomi was a great host. Very welcoming and everything was great. The home was very comfortable. The listing advertised was exactly what we were expecting

Wonderful location for walkability. The furnishings in the home are minimalistic and a bit sparse, particularly in the bedrooms. But the place is impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is updated and convenient. The upstairs bathroom has no separate shower other than a handheld in the freestanding soaking tub, which sits among the very pretty marbled tile floors and walls, double vanity sinks, and heated bidet toilet with auto flush and remote control! Nine people were comfortably accommodated for a long weekend stay.

Our stay at Manny’s was every bit as enjoyable as a previous stay. Every accommodating need was provided for our family get-together, and our Long Beach visit could not have been nicer. Manny, as before, could not have been any more attentive, or helpful, for which we were very grateful. We’ll be back!

Melissa and Jeff’s home was just perfect! Adorable, clean, comfy beds. Hosts thought of everything, one of the best stocked and decorated airbnbs we have stayed in. They were flexible and accommodating with a last minute change, which was greatly appreciated. We would happily stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. From booking to departure, everything was seamless. Communication with the host was prompt and clear, making check-in and the entire stay easy and stress-free. The house was spotless and beds very comfortable. She even had the driveway cleared of snow before 7am following a snow storm! Highly recommend!"

Nick's place is really special - clean, conveniently located and really well decorated as well. Nick himself was super responsive, proactive whenever anything came up and helpfu.l The family and I all had a fantastic time and it was as close as we could've imagined to being at our own house while visiting NYC.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

Eric was a great host and his place was exactly as described. As a remote worker booking an extended stay, the apartment had eveything I needed and more, and Eric was quick to respond whenever I reached out. I highly reccomend Eric's place for either a weekend at the beach or a longer stay.
