Holiday houses in New Waterford

We so enjoyed our stay at Silvia's cozy home in Sydney Mines. The house was impeccably clean and clutter free - allowing space for all our belongings. The decor was truly lovely. The house felt very spacious with many different spaces to spend time indoors. The house was truly charming! The backyard felt so private with lovely flowers and a shaded deck with seating. The house was easy to find and had an easy to access driveway. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches in the house - the kitchen had everything you would want. The entry room with all the hooks and places for shoes was fantastic. I really appreciated all the local information - bird books, beach guides, maps, etc. There was great communication with Silvia. The house was convenient for traveling to museums, historic sites, beaches, and seeing puffins on the Bird Island Boat Tour. We had a wonderful time staying in Silvia's house - she was a fantastic host!

Very convenient location. Nice and clean. I called about something minor and they responded immediately. You will not regret staying here. It's clean it's quiet and it's in a nice area local to everything. Highly recommend !

We stayed at Shelby’s place for 3 nights between Christmas and New Year’s. We were a party of 7, 6 adults and a 2 year old While planning our stay, we were pleasantly surprised to see that Shelby had everything we needed for our grandson. A mini crib, booster seat and toys to start. Upon arrival, we walked into a meticulously clean and beautiful home. The living area was spacious for us all to gather and chat, even watch a movie and play games. The 3 beds were so comfortable, bathrooms spotless with an abundance of towels, and decor beautifully decorated for the holidays. The kitchen had coffee, tea and many other items provided for convenience. Shelby was lovely to communicate with and wanted to make sure we had a fabulous stay back home to Cape Breton. I was so surprised by how spacious the AirBnB was! It had a homey and cozy feeling. The AirBnB was spotless. Janine allowed us to have an early check in as we were coming in from out of town to attend a wake and needed to change out of our travel clothes. We were very appreciate for that! The neighborhood was quiet. The beds were great! Nova Scotia was having very cold weather and Janine had turned on the heat for us so the AirBnb was nice and warm for our arrival. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Keith & Donna’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect for us. Keith and Donna went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and always provided quick responses. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay!
