Family-friendly holiday rentals in New River

This home was perfect for our needs on this trip to Arizona visiting our kids and grandkids, and it was a good value for the amenities provided in this area.

The house was perfect. After a long day of hiking it was lovely to get home shower off and get into the hot tub. Hermant was the perfect host, kind, responsive, and the house was exactly as described.

Great location for our needs. Quick responses from hosts when we had questions...loved the rooftop patio for morning coffee and quiet time.

Clean and bigger in person. Everything you could think of was provided to assist cooking a meal in the kitchen, shower and get a good nights rest. Great place to hang outside with the family or have game night inside. We enjoyed the pool table and corn hole and slept really well at night. We would stay again.

Evelyn’s home is in a wonderful community with lots of places to walk and enjoy the community. Her home is beautiful and very warm! The backyard is great! We highly recommend her home to anyone looking for a home in the area.

Paul’s place was lovely and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and has a grocery store and restaurants close by you could walk to on a nice day as well. I would definitely keep this on my list as a location to stay again when we’re in town.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! After a stressful situation with another rental, we found this home at the last minute, and it was absolute perfection for our women’s retreat. The house was gorgeous, spotless, and exceeded all expectations. The space was thoughtfully designed and perfect for our group of 15. We loved the large, beautiful kitchen and dining table where we could enjoy meals together. The pool provided an incredible setting for a floating sound bath, and the peaceful atmosphere was ideal for yoga sessions. This home created the perfect backdrop for a truly transformative retreat—memories were made, breakthroughs happened, and every detail contributed to an unforgettable experience. I’m so grateful this property was available on short notice. It truly saved our retreat and made it an extraordinary week. Thank you for providing such a wonderful space! Highly recommend!

This home looks just like the pictures, and all the amenities listed are available. I recommend April's place for a short—or long-term stay. I enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at Amandas. Place had everything we needed. The backyard is great for dogs to run around in. Good location and close to lots of things to see and do. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second time to stay in this house, and we would happily come back again. It has space for everyone in our family of four to do our own thing, but also plenty of space to gather. The kitchen is well-stocked, and all appliances were easy to use. We enjoyed walking into downtown Scottsdale to check out the shops, and had everything else we needed within an easy drive. Great space!

Phil and Peggy were awesome hosts! They even got my boyfriend and I a birthday cake because I said we were staying there for a joint birthday night away from home. I thought that was so nice. It was private and clean!

My friends and I had an exceptional experience at this establishment. The accommodations were immaculate and exceptionally comfortable. The beds were particularly plush and inviting. The restrooms were also well-maintained and provided fresh towels, as well as essential personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. For breakfast, the hostess kindly provided a selection of items, including eggs, bread, cereal, milk, and pancake mix. I would highly recommend this establishment and would certainly make reservations for our next visit to my friend’s residence. .

We loved our stay. Charles’ BnB is located in a great spot near the ASU campus and within walking distance of a few great cafe’s and restaurants. The place is quite cozy as well. Charles is super friendly and helped us feel right at home when we got in.

The house is very nice, the patio is amazing, I wish I could return in summer to take advantage of the pool.

We had a great experience staying at this home. I’m typically someone who prefers to stay in hotels and decided to stay here because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I can easily say that we were not disappointed… The house is great. The hosts pay attention to the small details that you’d find staying at a nice hotel. I will definitely keep this home as a go-to place for us when we visit Scottsdale. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip and it was so great! The house was nice and clean and was in a very convenient location, close to some great restaurants and activities! Joseph was extremely responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

We had to find a new place due to our original air b&b fiasco. Janet was very understanding, letting us check in early. She turned what was going to be a bad weekend back around. Lovely pool, fun game room and lots of peace and quiet. My bedding was so comfortable I’m looking to replace mine at home.

We had a wonderful stay at this home and appreciated many aspects of it. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation easy, and the beds were quite comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathrooms and kitchen living area were clean and well-maintained. There were plenty of TVs throughout the space, which was a nice touch. The outdoor area provided a great spot to relax, and we really enjoyed the pool table. Overall, I would highly recommend this home and look forward to returning in the future.

There were a lot of amenities and there was enough of everything (dishes, flatware, towels, bedding) to easily accommodate our group of 18. We cooked a lot, and there were enough crock pots, pots and pans, and other kitchen gadgets to handle everything we needed. We had a great time, and the space was as stated so we were able to figure out sleeping arrangements and activities in advance.

We loved this house and would absolutely stay here again on our next Scottsdale visit. Super clean and quiet with the most fantastic location. Being this close to Old Town yet so quiet is truly amazing. The hostess was extremely helpful with a special request for the holiday season. Great house!

It was a great stay while me a a few friends explored around Scottsdale for activities. The backyard was a great place to hang around at as there were was a private Gazebo and sun chairs to lounge in. A very enjoyable stay!
