Minutes from magazine street. Not too far from downtown. Great sandwich place half a block away.

30 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Hopedale Marina. Entertainment and resources less than 10 minutes away. If you’re planning a fishing trip it’s a great place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay, the host was extremely accessible and showed great hospitality.

A shotgun house in the Marigny. The girls next store were terrific. Short walk to the Quarter. Made some great friends. Had some friends from last year. The 4 1/2 months flew by!!

We stayed here for 1.5 wks around d holidays with our 2 toddlers. We loved the walkable neighborhood, close to trolley and the park. The place itself is beautiful and includes extra amenities. Hosts are very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

They were so friendly. Loved the daily chats. While the house does not have the modern look that hotels do, they went our of their way to stock up the place with tons of amenities/supplies: free WiFi, all types of soaps and shampoos, bottles of water, utensils....and more. The place was nicely decorated, the neighbourhood seemed safe. Definitely recommend it to others.

Very cool place to stay..Me and my daughter had a great time staying there.Plenty of things to keep you occupied.Really enjoyed the pool table and other games.Would definitely stay again.Thank y’all so much for having us.

Everything was great!! I was worried when I saw that the neighbors had dogs but I didn’t hear them throughout the night! 10/10

Andrea’s place was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Very accommodating, in a safe, peaceful, and quiet neighborhood, within close proximity to all the downtown Super Bowl Weekend action but far enough from it to not have to deal with the chaos that comes with it. The enclosed/screened patio sitting area and outdoor fire pit were a plus that I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to utilize since I was only there for one night. My stay was perfect and I would definitely book again the next time I visit

Wonderful location & we enjoyed sitting outside with coffees the morning. We needed a place to rest after full days of exploring and enjoying New Orleans.

This was a perfect location for seeing so much of New Orleans. So close to the trolley and walkable neighborhoods with so much to see and do. The unit was perfect for my family. The home’s shared spaces were beautiful and the hosts thought of everything.

Andrea was responsive and friendly. The guest house was so cute and clean. The neighborhood was peaceful. Over all a great experience.

We were only at Laura’s for a short stay, but the place was beautiful! Loved the aesthetic, great location, cute outdoor space, comfy bed. Would def stay again!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. I’d be happy to book again in the future!

Fred was one of the most gracious Airbnb hosts I've encountered. The neighborhood was super quiet and a nice retreat from the NOLA Super Bowl activities. It was conveniently located and only 15 minutes from Frenchmen Street without traffic. We did not have any issues during our stay and found Fred to be quite accommodating. The space was as described and as it looked in the photos. A pleasant surprise were the complimentary beverages in the fridge. While we didn't need it, I appreciated the convenience and access to a washer and dryer. Also, we were allowed to park in the driveway. Fred was a great host.

one the I always look for staying of town is comfortable beds I don't usually spend a great deal of time actually at the airbnb. I must say that the beds Danielle's place were extremely comfortable, so much so that would stay here again. I also appreciate the ease of check in and the flexibility she provided

Kristin is an absolute GEM! She was so helpful during our stay. The space was cozy and tucked away, and in a great neighborhood spot. We preferred our stay here over the other half of our trip in the French quarter!

We had a wonderful stay at Jason’s! Host was extremely responsive when we checked in to help us get settled with AC and wifi, and was super helpful before we arrived with local recommendations and check-in instructions. The spot was spacious and had everything we needed and was walking distance to great local cafes and City Park. Uber’s to other areas of the city were affordable so the location wasn’t a problem! Overall, really enjoyable experience and stay.

Perfect if ur working at nearby plants or even vacationing for Nola! Has everything you need and is surrounded by restaurants and things to do

Location, location, location. Walkable to the quarter, but in a much quieter and peaceful neighborhood of the Bywater/Marigny. We adore this neighborhood, so for us we prefer the Bywater over anything in the quarter, so it was perfect. The place matches the description exactly. Easy entry and adequately furnished. We loved that the bedrooms were on opposite ends of the home. Made staying with family much easier. Heat/AC worked great! Would definitely stay again!
