Beachfront holiday rental in New Hanover County

Wonderful house in a great location! House was comfortable and had tons of great amenities. Hosts seemed to think about lots of small details- that were very helpful, such as tons of towels, chairs ready to be used, and coffee and creamer stocked in the kitchen. Great house!!

The place was as pictured, walkable to the beach & restaurants/shops at the boardwalk. The kitchen was well stocked & the pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay.

The location is superb!! The lock on the dorr needed to be charged but very specific instructions were left on where to find a key. We can't wait to come back! Please keep in mind it is pet friendly so there was a bit of pet hair.

This was our second stay at Robs place. We really enjoyed the easy access to the beach and quiet neighborhood. It is off season so I’m not sure about the busy season as it is a cond style 5 unit complex. The home is clean and comfortable. Parking right by the door. Hope to go back again!

Great location to everything fun on Carolina Beach. Easy walk to local bars, restaurants and the beach! Thomas was extremely responsive and made our stay enjoyable.

Great location, and a great time. Backyard with pool is perfect with plenty of room for activities and entertaining. You can walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes.

This was the best Christmas my family has had. We had such a relaxing time. The home was warm and cozy but spacy. It was really chilly so we spent most days inside watching movies and painting a giant gingerbread house. We walked to the lake and looked at the lights on Christmas night. Took the kids to the lake memorial park. We truly enjoyed our time together.

Mikes home WAS a little piece of paradise. The home, yard, parking and amenities were BETTER than described. We were pleased with the private outdoor sitting at Mikes beach. The appliances were top shelf. The kitchen had everything we needed. The doggie gates were priceless. The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The house was very clean. We liked having a washer and dryer. We enjoyed our time on the back porch. The views are amazing. Thank you Mike for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was the perfect peaceful time we needed.

We loved Mark’s apartment with both views for sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed from the beginning and Mark was easy to reach throughout the stay. This spot will stay in our top choices to rent. Thank You for providing a great place to vacation.

Mike was an amazing host, who communicated well and responded quickly! The place was somehow nicer than the pictures and we are already planning our next trip. Easy walk to the boardwalk and numerous choices of places to eat. Great place!

Everything was amazing and beautiful, we couldn’t have asked for a better location, and the condo was extremely spacious and very very clean! We booked very last minute and our host was very responsive and made sure everything was ready for us in such a short time frame! Excellent all around from start to finish, I full heartedly recommend booking a stay!

Markus and Ashley were great hosts. They were proactive in there communication and super responsive. The home is beautiful and was spotless. Our grandson enjoyed the private pool for hours and the house was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and carts. The location was perfect....a 5 minute walk to the beach, but at the end of a small private street to make the evenings quiet and relaxing. If you are coming to Carolina Beach, we highly recommend this home because you will have a great stay. Brian G.

The location is ideal if you are looking for beachfront with a view of the ocean and also a place where you can walk to the boardwalk and downtown area easily. I would stay here again.

The vibe in the home and the town were light, airy, and relaxing! Miles of pristine(and shell filled) beach just footsteps from the door. Open space was great for vacation and working while on vacation. The outdoor bath and shower was exceptional, photos do not do it justice! Owners were very responsive and helpful, accommodated a last minute change with no hiccups. I could easily make House of Kai my new December office!

Ryan's place was in a great location, as described & what we needed for our short stay. He too was a very good host. Would definitely rebook on our return visits if available.

We were looking for a spacious and homey place for a multi-family vacation. Jason's town house was exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful home walking distance to the beach!

We had a fantastic stay at Dawn's condo! The location was amazing and Dawn was extremely helpful and friendly. The beach outside the condo is gorgeous, and we also enjoyed walking across the street to the Veggie Wagon and lake. We also loved sitting out on the spacious deck, enjoying the views. Parking was definitely tight for our large SUV. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

We were in town to celebrate Christmas with our 3 kids and 2 grandsons……… it was very cold while we were in town so we didn’t get outside as much as we usually do, however it’s a gorgeous spot! So close to the south end which we love! The house was very homey and comfortable for all of us! We will be back!!! Crum Family

The view of the ocean was beautiful. Had a great stay and would consider visiting this same location again.

We had to be last minute because of the need to visit a close family member nearby. We wanted the oceanfront and we were thankful to see that this condo was available. It was nice, comfortable, well equipped with everything, even coffee filters, plenty of TP and paper towels. I have to put an injured foot up a couple times a day and I thought I saw 3 ottomans in the photo but there was one nice size one and one that was too low to the floor, but the large one was good. The little oceanfront balcony had a great setup, with two higher up Adirondacks and two rocking chairs, each with a small table in between, which was perfect. Location was great and we loved being able to walk to the North End Mini Mart and Cafe, which was only about a 4-minute walk. Best breakfast sandwiches!! Beds were very comfortable!
