Holiday rentals with a hot tub in New Hampshire

Tim’s place was just what my fiancé and I needed. We brought our two dogs as well and Tim was very welcoming to that! We loved the HotTub and the nice cozy atmosphere. We would love to come back. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful place with us.

We had a fantastic stay at Matt's place while celebrating New Year's. The house was spacious, and had lots of things for the kids to keep occupied while the parents relaxed. Matt was very responsive when we reached out about minor issues. Everything was great!! A+ recommendation. Happy 2025!

We have stayed at this house several times and always really enjoyed it! The house is cozy and clean. The hot tub is fantastic. The location is quiet and close to Ragged Mountain. Steve is very responsive. We will definitely be back!

This is a great place up in the white mountains, we were able to enjoy nature and the amenities of town. beautiful place. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location in North Conway, NH, i.e., situated in a neighborhood but also close to restaurants, shops, and skiing. We visited in the winter and the hot tub was working just fine (and clean). We appreciated that towels were clean and obviously located, the bedding was nice, and the heat in the home was set at a livable level. We would rent this house again.

Overall, the impressions are positive, however, I would like to note that during the preparation process and during the rental, we received three detailed instructions and found another one in printed form about how we should use the house and how and in what order to prepare the house for moving out. In my opinion, this is too much. Live free or die is not supported option :)

Staying at this beautiful house is as comfortable as being home. Plenty big for a long weekend with the whole family and conveniently located to Owl’s Nest if ever attending an event there. Sharon is very responsive, friendly and accommodating!

Loved our stay. Jeff was a great host. Responded quickly to any and all questions. The place was clean and welcoming. Nice to have our own rooms with tv’s in each. Comfortable beds. Kitchen and living area was fabulous. Loved having the hot tub after a day of skiing. The game room was a big hit! It snowed and we were plowed out early. Beautiful area that was close to ski areas and downtown North Conway. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay in this picturesque little cabin in the woods! Very convenient location & the hosts thought of everything we could have wanted. Really beautiful spot to enjoy a peaceful winters weekend, would definitely stay again!

We had a winter family vacation in NH and this home brought it's own element of fun! Our young kids loved the bunk room and lower level rec room. All of the adults were comfortable in the other 3 rooms. Large family meals were easy to cook, the dining room and family room with fireplace were cozy and spacious. Nights in the hot tub under the snow and stars were magical. The cabin received significant snow during our stay and Jade was super communicative about plowing. The plow company was quick and efficient. The location is awesome, pretty centeral to everything: Kings Pine for tubing and skiing, North Conway, the Ice Castles and Mount Washington. Jade was also very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

Our annual family MLK / NH weekend was perfect! We found Christy's location back in September and it was so accomodating for the 8 of us plus two little ones. The bedrooms were plenty big and the number of beds was perfect for everyone. The bonus to our stay was the hot tub! After our long days of hiking and skiing, there was no better relaxation then stepping out the back door and submerging yourself into a hot spa!!! Christy was a perfect host and very quick in any questions we may have had. Will definitely be back and you will too!!!

This was everything we were looking for out of a weekend cozy cabin trip! We were fortunate to get some snow and also some starry skies, but it really contributed to a perfect winter stay alongside a hot tub, fireplace, and nice feeling a privacy despite still being in a neighborhood. A benefit of having other homes was that the roads leading to the home were well cleared of snow, and the driveway was also plowed when we got there. During the day you definitely feel the other houses around, but most of our time spent outside was at night because there were plenty of activities in the area during the day, and at night you feel comfortably secluded in the hot tub. The privacy barrier on the side of the A frame where another party was staying was a great touch. The kitchen was well stocked and every room in the home was a lovely setting to sleep, hang out, and relax. Great hosts. Would highly recommend!

check in instructions were clear and easy, we walked in and felt immediately right at home! so cozy and beautiful inside :) everything was clean, especially the kitchen, and we had everything we needed! Jennifer was so kind and friendly and answered us right away with anything we needed! :) the driveway was a bit tough to get out of at the end of our stay, but that's winter in NH for you :P overall very impressed and would absolutely recommend this lovely home! :)

Gorgeous grounds and location for a quiet peaceful weekend getaway! David was very responsive and personable. The cabin is eclectic with something new and interesting in every corner.
