Andy was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The home is perfectly situated with easy access to snowboarding and the Bay Area. We hope to stay there again!

Asha's place was the perfect spot for a little work retreat. The internet was fast and reliable, and Wi-Fi reached throughout the property. Even though it was cold and rainy outside, the house stayed warm and toasty, and it was fun to build a fire in the fireplace. The heating system almost works too well, I had to close one of the vents in the master bedroom (but it was perfect after that). It was beautiful to watch the rain through the windows or from the covered porch. Asha was a very conscientious host, she clearly cares a lot about her home and her guests. You can really feel that this was her home, not just an Airbnb, with all the thoughtful details and well equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We loved the home and would definitely book this place again. Well stocked kitchen and many board games for the kids to play. Our family had an awesome time. The little ones are already asking when we’re coming back.

We had such a wonderful stay at Clare's home. The hosue is comfortable and the pool was perfect for beating the summer heat! The door to the pool is off the family rooom area but it is easily closable for keeping young kids away from teh pool if needed. The house is tastefully decorated with some homey additions like books and toys. We found it difficult to choose where to sit-- outside on the front porch or our by the pool lounge area. Although the house is not close enough to town to walk the location is very central and wooded. The view out the back is really wonderful. This is a great place for a family or anyone looking for an authentic Nevada City stay. Highly recommend!

We totally enjoyed our stay! The listing and description was very accurate. The host was extremely responsive and proactive in providing details. We visited Nevada City with my two children (ages 2 and 5) along with my parents. The backyard was an absolute hit due to the nature, enclosed backyard, hot tub (pool - but the the right time of year in December), and the gas fireplace! The only downfall of the property, due to the age of my youngest kiddo was the loft. There is no way to block off the stairwell and the stairs are wood and fairly steep. My youngest that just turned two, was insistent on going up and down...and up and down. In my opinion, this is not a "relaxing" property if you have a kiddo under the age of 3 or 4 years old. The property was amazing and I would highly reccomend it if you do not have little ones. :)

OMG! Amazing is an understatement. The condo is located very close to the shopping area and EV chargers. There is actually a garage to park the car inside. The apartment is super clean. Like squeaky clean. It's so quiet in spite of being so close to the main street. close to the ski area. It was a breeze for us to go to Palisades. Our whole family e enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is so super jazzed with all current electronic items, super fancy. TV connects to YT, Netflix... effortlessly. There's like a huge washer and dryer which was super helpful and for a tech buff like me automation and electronics are everything. I didn't want to leave. None of us did lol! Super highly recommended this place. I will definitely keep an 👁️ out next ski season or current one if we get a free weekend. Love, love, love the place. I am in 💕💕💕 love!

Thanks David, our group (4 couples + kids) really really enjoyed our stay there. We had a lot of great memories on the snow and in David’s wonderful place! The home is really nice, comfortable, spacious and great for a large group. The kitchen is very well equipped. It’s as if you’re in your own home! And the location is fantastic. I spent a couple nights with my family. We had a wonderful time. Perry (host) is determined to make sure you have the best time in Tahoe. Very responsive and great recommendations. The cabin is very well equipped and we felt at home. Will definitely be back!

Perfect Stay - Cozy, Convenient, and Well-Equipped! I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place had all the amenities I needed, making it feel just like home. It was incredibly cozy, and I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. The parking was easy and hassle-free, which was a huge plus. The location was super convenient, close to everything I needed. I will definitely be coming back again for sure. Highly recommend!

Farin’s cabin was very sunny and cozy. It was very clean and Farin was very responsive. The spacious garage with access to the cabin was great in the freezing Tahoe weather. It is located in a gorgeous and very quiet area. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay. Everything was cozy, located only about 20 minutes from Alpine Meadows / Palisades. Kitty was communicative throughout and there were no issues.

This is a great place to stay in Nevada City. It is remarkable to be able to house a large family gathering under one roof and still be only minutes from downtown Nevada City by foot. On top of that, the spacious backyard along the creek offered great quiet time. The house is well-stocked including the kitchen which had everything we needed to cook for a large group; including good frying pans!

The place was very clean and lovely. The hot tub was large and clean and easy to use. The location was also great because it was walking distance to a TART stop and a safeway so we took the TART directly back from Palisades one of the days. Would highly recommend.

The place was amazing! I was born and raised in the area and the house was close to everything. Would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Larid cabin! The home was comfy, clean and walking distance to the private beach, restaurants and other outdoor activities. Communication clear and the host always responded quickly. The kids especially enjoyed the hot tub! Overall, wonderful home and great location. We would definitely stay here again. If you’re thinking about it, just book it! Worth every penny!

This is our second time staying at this beautiful home. It’s so comfortable and cozy and has lots of great space for family to hang out, cooking meals, play games, and watch movies. I love being able to bring the dogs and it’s very well set up for that. We also found a lovely hike along the railroad track and threw an old graveyard into the little historic town of Dutch flat. That was really nice.

It is a great place to spend a getaway weekend or have quality time with your family. Close to lake, and several places to see while at Tahoe. House is a lot larger than it looks and very peaceful. Highly recommended.

Just as pictured, cozy, clean, and tidy! Close to restaurants, ski resorts and parks. We will be coming back. Please be aware: The one thing we had trouble with is opening the door, you have to pull it to unlock it.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It had its own rustic charm so did not have the most modern bathrooms and backyard doors were a lil flimsy but thats what i call cabin feel with rustic vibe. Kitchen was fully equipped. Would definitely recommend and come back. Closer to tahoe city was a bonus and great location. Loved our family vacation time! Thanks again!
