Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Neuville-sur-Sarthe

We gathered as a family to celebrate Christmas on the weekend, the stove as well as the tree were a real plus to be in the mood. Jacky was welcoming and attentive.

We had a wonderful stay at Marc’s place, the home and grounds are beautiful with plenty to do to relax; swim, sunbathe, table tennis, pool! The teens loved it! Great area too with famous chateaux and many cities nearby. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ and well maintained bedroom and living spaces Mark was a wonderful host, couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely visit again, it’s become a family favourite.

We arrived a little late to enjoy the environment but we were welcomed with kindness and above all a good fire awaited us. To be renewed for a longer period and enjoy the area. I would recommend with great pleasure.

Family weekend at 16 including 7 children delighted by the indoor and heated pool. The water games deserve a renewal, thankfully we brought a few. Children's playground and municipal multisport court crossing the street. The house is not PMR but we had a wheelchair parson that we were able to maneuver more (2 steps between the bathroom/wc room on the ground floor and the stay/sàm). I suggest hot fans and hair dryers for these ladies. The whole remains very positive and worthy of interest to renew a stay!!

We had a lovely stay at this property. Close to amenities and easily accessible by public transport. The welcome was in beautiful conditions. The apartment is warm, very well maintained and spacious. We strongly recommend this property.

Stéphane's place is perfect for a WE cocooning in Le Mans. The accommodation is very pleasant, clean and offers all the comforts you need. It is in the city center, everything is within walking distance. The bedding is of good quality, we slept very well there. Stéphane is a really good host. We would recommend this listing.

Convenient accommodation near tram T1. Overall we had a nice stay.

Broadly spacious apartment for a one night stop. We spent a recuperating night thanks to a comfortable bed, although we always like to have a bolster for the comfort that was not available. Otherwise, very clean and well-equipped accommodation for a stay. We enjoyed the coffee pods available for breakfast.
