Genuinely breathtaking views, both inside & out. theee cleanest Air bnb we've ever stayed in. The property is magical. You really would have to see it because words don't do it justice. David & Dale are soo kind & accommodating. straight shooters with big hearts. there's no way you could regret booking this property. 5 star experience start to finish. thank you SO much!

Very cute and well furnished house. It was a block back from the main uptown street, so very walkable (5 minute walk to some bars and restaurants) without having to listen to traffic. I was also even able to rent one of those Lime scooters from downtown Minneapolis and scoot back to the house in like 12(?) minutes. I had a great weekend and would stay here again

Our group of 6 adults absolutely loved staying here over Christmas week while visiting family in the area. The house is beautiful, comfortable, cozy, and quiet. The area is very safe and you can't beat a lake view, even in winter. We found just about everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciated there was lots of space to cook and store food. There were quite a few things to clean before heading out, but we spread it out over the night before we left and morning of, no big deal since we had lots of helpers. We played a couple rounds of cornhole in the garage, which was so fun! We would definitely stay here again!!

Matthew’s place is gorgeous. Everything looks new and like it was designer for the space. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location right on Lake Pepin & the Mississippi River, next door to the marina, restaurants, bars. The area is beautiful. We rented the entire space which included the A-Frame connected house for a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom (3 showers), 2 kitchen & 2 living room space. Very comfortable space, decorated well, comfortable beds, GREAT shower pressure. Perfect for adult siblings with families that want to be together, but also may need their own private time. Peter couldn't have been a nicer, more helpful host. There are train tracks directly across the street that are VERY BUSY. I personally liked that aspect, but it may not be for everyone. That just added to the charm for me.

Another fabulous stay! Cozy, comfortable, and relaxing! We just had a question about the fire place and Emily responded right away and even had a video that they made to give visual directions. This was the first time this group of friends went and they loved the place so much they are planning their own trips to stay at the house with family!

Beautiful location, beautiful property. Place was clean and very comfortable for our family and kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in South St. Paul was absolutely perfect! There were so many wonderful amenities, especially with having a 21 month year old. There was a door to the upstairs we could close and plenty of toys for her to play with and we didn't even need to bring her pack n play which is great when your flying! The house was beautiful and I absolutely loved all the decorations around the house. The house was very clean as well. I would 10/10 recommend staying here if your in the area. Nice neighborhood and plenty to do! I will be staying here in the future when I visit family here.

A wonderful home with lovely views of Lake Pepin. Very spacious with a wonderful kitchen and eating area. The fireplace and the Christmas decorations decorations made the place very cheerful and welcoming. Recently redone with all the amenities. Having 2 refrigerators was great for a family group. Wonderful for walking about by the lake. Enjoyed the park with the armed service flags including Space Force!

This place is a cute hunting lodge environment. Very nice views of the area from the lodge. This location is convenient to the Welch Village ski area with a 30 min drive to ski.

The name of this home is truly appropriate. It’s a large lovely, spacious second (and third) floor apartment in a neighborhood of lovely homes. Home was comfortable, had a kitchen that appeared to be recently updated that had many supplies and amenities. The location couldn’t have been better. I shared the place 2 two co-workers. We were in town for a conference at the convention center, which was only about ½ hr walk- a great way to start each morning. It’s also just a few blocks from the Walker Art center (free admission on Thursday nights, btw) and sculpture garden. Martha, the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Minneapolis.

Black Swan properties are amazing and Becky is an incredible host. Everything is as described and was perfect, and our family of five enjoyed every aspect of our visit. You won't find better accomodations in the Rochester area.
