Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Neptune Township

Good location for price. Stayed there with two other couples for a wedding. Host was easy to communicate with and helpful!

This is our second time staying at Keith’s house. It is always clean, easy to check in and Keith is always easy to deal with and quick to fix any issue.

Me and My Family stayed @ Alex & Vannie's House for a second time and we had a great time again . they are friendly and reliable and took care of us . my daughter always enjoy the pool when we come here . their home is clean and comfortable and the area was quiet if you want to get some relaxing days I'd recommend to stay here .

Could not ask for a better place to stay in seaside. Clean, beautiful, felt like home. Host is fantastic and communicates well. Beach passes and 2 parking passes are also a huge plus. We got engaged this weekend and staying here will be very memorable. Thank you so much Katie!!

Awesome rest and relaxation for myself, my mom (86) and the pups! Location was perfect for a quiet, by the water weekend. Alex’s house has all you need to plop down in the sun by the water with a good book and the pups. I feel rested and rejuvenated! Location was perfectly situated, close enough to go to the island yet far enough to feel away from the tourism chaos. Alex was extremely accommodating and responsive. I will definitely be booking again! Thank you 🤗

Dom’s place was a perfect location for our visit with family for the holiday. The house was cozy and had a beautiful view of the bay.

We felt very comfortable in their home. It’s a great peaceful location. It was clean and very roomy for our families. They supplied everything we needed such as linens and towels. Gregory and Lindsay responded very quickly to any questions we had. Our family had a wonderful time.

Fantastic host who was very accommodating and gracious. I would stay here in a heart beat again. We, unfortunately, had a power outage all night. We weren't able to use the house and video game rooms... but when I tell you this is a GEM. Beautiful home, beautiful people, and great experience!

Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. Thank you so much Ave, Nicole, and all the staff and neighbors. See you guys soon again. You guys take care always!

I had a great stay at Anneke’s, she went above & beyond to make the place warm & inviting, especially during the holidays. She had tons of recs, left little snacks, & even a couple gifts since I was there for Christmas! The space was very comfortable, and the backyard was exactly what my dog needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay was perfect! Lovely apartment in a great location. The hot tub was awesome!! The apartment was even more updated than in the pictures (in a good way) new couch and comforters I think? Looked great!

so you’re trying to find a place on airbnb to take a chance on… look no further, you found what you are seeking. love this place, extremely good location, south side coffee down the street, pizza across the street, and a pub on the corner, not to mention all of park slope (north & south). great stay, hope to stay here again (also backyard access)

Space was perfect for what I needed. Love the area and look forward to staying there again. Kitchen was great for meal preparation and was just what I needed.

This location is perfect! Walkable to the beach and close to places to visit. I was there to visit Monmouth University and that was a nice distance from campus. Loved the place, especially the shower! The details were lovely! Would definitely return to this home!

This wasn't my first r&r @ Christina's. The space is always spotless and Christina is proactive and easy to communicate with. Such a lovely touch to arrive with the lights on and fire lit. Felt like a warm hug! I look forward to returning here again.
