Beach condo holiday rentals in Neptune Beach

Staley’s rental was perfect for our 2 couples. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the balcony view of the ocean and the easy accessibility! Beds were super comfy and nice to have our own bathrooms. We used the Beach Buggy service to get to the restaurants. Thanks Staley!

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

Very nice and quiet area. Beach is walkable. The property was very nice for 2 people. Host was flexible and accommodating. I would recommend staying here.

The place was exactly as advertised. When we arrived, it was not only clean but smelled clean too. The bed was so comfortable and pillows so fluffy we easily fell asleep every night. The view of the ocean was spectacular and sipping coffee on the veranda while the waves crashed on the beach was like heaven. The place is fully furnished including beach chairs and Claire and William were very responsive when we had questions. It was our first vacation in 5 years and they made it magical. Can’t wait to stay there again!

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. Exactly as pictured - unit is very clean. Hosts were very proactive and accommodating. Short walk to the Atlantic Ocean and a wonderful stretch of beach for long walks. Close to many great restaurant choices. Centrally located to Nocatee and the beaches. Very peaceful. Guard gate access - secure location.

Great place and host

Beautifully decorated, thoughtfully appointed, and extremely comfortable, this is an absolutely lovely place to relax. if you decide you want to leave the condo, the area is wonderfully walkable, with the beach, restaurants, and more within an easy stroll. Hillary is helpful, responsive, and accommodating, and we had an amazing stay!

My husband had a kidney transplant and we had some follow up appointments at Mayo. Mandy’s place was perfect for us. 😊 It had an amazing view with a short walk to the beach that was so peaceful. We loved the beach, home, scenery, and location tremendously. I wholeheartedly recommend Mandy for a wonderful host and the place was excellent!

The unit was very clean, well stocked with everything you could need, and the direct ocean view balcony was perfect. Centrally located with multiple parks, restaurants, bars, and stores within short walking distance. It seemed like there was some nearby event every weekend during our stay, which was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this for your next Jax Beach stay! We would definitely stay here again.

Place was perfect for us, exactly what we needed for a quick weekend getaway for the Donna Marathon...even walking distance to the start line! House was well equipped for us to make our pre-race pasta dinner the night before the race. The gorgeous ocean views weren't so bad either! Highly recommend!

THIS PLACE WAS GREAT. EXACTALLY AS DISCRIBED AND THEY EVEN THOUGHT OF HAVING LITTLE CONDIMENTS IN THE EVENT YOU FORGOT SOMETHING. BEING RIGHT ON THE BEACH AND HAVING THE CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS, BEACH TOWELS, AND WAGON TO TAKE ALL YOUR STUFF TO THE BEACH IN WAS GREAT. DEFINITELY A "5 STAR" FROM ME. THANK YOU

We very much enjoyed our stay at Brooke's condo. Great location, easy access to the beach, very clean, and good beds. The kitchen was great and had all the essentials. We very much like when we get to a place that doesn't require a dozen trips to Target to buy every little thing needed. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a work trip and it was the perfect space! The three bedrooms/three full bathrooms was a game changer and the views were stunning. Very highly recommend staying here!
