Holiday houses in Neoi Epivates

The apartment is in a great location to visit the city and also very clean. The bathroom is a little small, but this absolutely does not affect the comfort of the apartment. Highly recommended!

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Nice place to stay in Thessaloniki and the location is incredible

We had a pleasant stay at Dimitris' apartment. Dimitris was a very responsive host, always quick to answer any questions and provide assistance when needed. The apartment itself was clean, nicely furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. The highlight was definitely the spacious balcony with its unbeatable sea view – a perfect spot to relax. However, families with young children should be aware that the neighbors in the building were not very welcoming. We experienced multiple instances where they complained about the noise from our children and seemed generally unhappy with Airbnb guests. Their behavior, including some threats, made part of our stay uncomfortable. Overall, while the apartment and the host were wonderful, the atmosphere with the neighbors was a downside for our family.

To start with, the apartment was centrally located. We could easily go everywhere on foot despite the fact that we had a car which we used it only to go to Kastra because it is up to the hill! We could communicate easily with the hostess and the arrival was really convenient. The apartment was clean and exactly as you see at the photos. The café which is under the apartment has an amazing variety and the restaurant which is also under that it has a really nice quality of Greek food. At a distance of only 400metres there as a shop with amazing mpougatsa! Ladadika, the White Tower and the umbrellas are really close! We were absolutely amazed with our choice and we are glad that we stayed here! Thank you for everything!

Clean , comfortable, central location .

Pety's Place was amazing. Pety and her husband were super friendly from the moment we booked the apartment. Kid friendly, very clean. A quick two minute walk, and you are at the beach. Would definitely recommend staying there to anyone. We will definitely be booking when we return to Greece again! very spacious 3 bedroom apartment with 3 king-size beds. My four daughters slept comfortably with no problems sharing a bed. bonus air conditioning in each bedroom, however, with the ocean being so close doors and windows open was all you needed. ❤️

We really enjoyed our visit and stay at the home. It felt very safe and comfortable and relaxing! Beautiful home and very spotless!!! Great amenities!
