Nice stay. The unit was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a few days of exploring the Nelson Tasman region. Everything from check in to check out was very smooth and Ana was great to communicate with.

Such a beautiful place, it immediately felt like home. Beautiful, modern, brand new building. Nature and shopping both in walkable distance. Loved it. Melissa and Simon were great hosts. Absolutely recommend this place!

Me and my husband had a wonderful time away in Nelson for our 25th anniversary. Staying at Brendan and Jessica’s place is definitely the icing on the cake for us. Their home is very clean, cozy and everything in between. I can highly recommend it!

Fantastic new apartment in a fantastic location for town. On a trip of the area with my daughter staying in a few locations and this was the best for sure. Five minute walk to Nelson centre and access to restaurants, coffee shops, market etc. The apartment is immaculate with all you would need for a stay. High end appliances and accessories. Just fantastic set up and crazy to go elsewhere, loved it.

Beautifully presented. Very responsive and helpful hosts. The noise of the tank pump did make us jump a few times but overall a very peaceful and home like stay.

Our stay was perfect! Perfect location, close to everything we needed and very private. Would not have thought we were so close to the main hub of Richmond. Karen was a pleasure to deal with which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were so surprised at how well laid out the accommodation was - I don’t think the photos actually do it justice. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully stay again if dates and availability suit.

This apartment is outstanding. Top-notch decor/appliances/utensils/linens. Impressive attention to detail. Nothing was left undone. (We extended our stay based on the beautiful space) We would rate it 5 star plus plus plus. Kristina and Nanette were super hosts, catering to our every need and desire. The welcoming basket of bread/peanut butter/cereal/milk/juice was very thoughtful and appreciated. Thank you for everything.

Carolyn’s studio was perfect for our few days in Nelson. We loved the location tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Nelson, with a view to the coastline. Everything we needed and more was provided - especially the outdoor BBQ which was super handy for cooking up a few dinners! A very cosy and private space. Thank you Carolyn for being such a friendly and welcoming host!

We loved our little stay at The Studio. Providing GFDF items in the pantry and fridge was very thoughtful and appreciated. The space was very clean, accurately described and spacious. Helen left us to do our own thing whilst also being available if we needed any suggestions on local amenities. We loved staying here!

Wow. WOW! What a view of Richmond and area. The place was cozy and had the most comfortable furniture we have come across in NZ. The kitchen was well stocked and lovely to use. The trickiest part is going up the hill to get there but the view and peaceful place was worth it. Great little tracks just past the back gate and easy drive into town for any needs or accessing Abel Tasman. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Outstanding views of the water from sunrise to sunset. Jenny was very attentive as our host. The loft was very well equipped to meet all our needs.

From the greeting on arrival by our gracious hostess Helen, our stay at Nelson could not have been better. The two bedroom apartment was roomy and well appointed and the furniture and fittings first class. As well, the kitchen was well stocked and the views lovely. Husband Rob was also a gregarious and funny host; my dental emergency met with the offer of pliers :) This Air B&B is far superior to any hotel and AB&B we've stayed at, here or at home (Australia). The hosts are helpful and charming and our trip to NZ was enriched by our stay at Nelson. Thanks, Rob and Helen. Fantastic.

We have had the most amazing stay! The apartment is even better than it looks in the photos! View to die for from the enormous balcony, super comfortable beds, high end appliances & friendly accommodating hosts… we don’t want to leave!

Our stay at Holiday Nelson’s apartment was superb. We were met by Gabriel who was extremely friendly . She very efficiently showed us all that was necessary in regards to where to park , how to access the lovely heated pool and the facilities inside the apartment etc. The apartment was modern with everything you need for a very enjoyable comfortable stay. The outlook and location was great and the locals very friendly. We would definitely stay again if visiting Nelson.

Great location and good dining nearby. Uber to town was about $12 for four. Bus about the same with drop off nearby.

An absolutely wonderful Airbnb - one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The outside bathtub was an absolute highlight. Greta location to drive up to Abel Tasman for a day as well.
