Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Neahkahnie Beach

Riad & Amy have created a beautiful home away from home. My guests and I were all pleased to discover that the house truly looked like what was in the photos. Spacious living room for enjoying the fire place, playing games, reading or watching a movie. Easy to access to the hot tub and plenty of fresh towels, made relaxing an easy priority. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and our beds were very comfortable. Riad & Amy were responsive when I had questions and very reasonable when there were some crossed wires regarding our check out.

Great location, beautiful home and easy walking to our favorite restaurants. Loved the fully fenced in backyard for the pups. Would stay there again for sure!

Our family vacation here was perfect. Everything was exactly as pictured/described. Our family group of 11 was comfortable in the space. As a mom of 4 small toddlers I was impressed that I didn’t have to baby proof anything but the space still felt very nice. Kitchen was well equipped with all we needed, all the appliances were efficient and functioned well. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. Views were incredible, our family got the master and thoroughly enjoyed watching the waves from bed. Hot tub was very enjoyable. The walk to the beach access was flat and an easy distance for even the toddlers to manage easily. Dee was responsive to our questions and ahead of time everything was so well explained we didn’t really need to ask her much! Our family loved our stay here and hope to stay again. 10/10 recommend!!

Love, love, love the Mermaid Escape! The house is so adorable and feels like a home away from home. The location is amazing! It's just a 5 min walk to the beach and on the way you pass a general store (which has about everything including firewood for the beach), a Mexican restaurant, and a brunch place. If you need anything else, it's just a 5 min drive away. The jacuzzi and fire pit on the deck are divine, and the two large soaking tubs put this place over the top! The owner, Lynnet, was super responsive and sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to feel like they are at a home-away-from home while also on a vacation. Great place to stay on the Oregon Coast next to several places to eat. Beach access was close to the house and we had a great time walking it with our dog.

This place is amazing! It was just two of us on this trip so we had more room than we needed but felt like it was the perfect place for our visit to the Astoria area. We are already thinking about who to bring with us next time and will definitely stay here again if it is available. Nate was very responsive and checked in regularly to see if there was anything we needed. We will recommend this to friends and family traveling to the area and will be back again in the future. If it was possible, I’d give this 6 Stars!

Fantastic place and a great host. Accommodations are so plush! An example: Some places you get a set of beat up pots and a plastic spork in the kitchen. Here? Le Creusset, kurig, a fantastic oven. Great stay can’t wait to return.

A beautiful property. Beds were comfortable, pillows were nice. There were 3 full bathrooms which was great. The street is extremely quiet. Kitchen was well-stocked. Would absolutely stay here again.

Probably couldn't be better located, right in downtown Astoria! very cool apartment with a lot of classic charm! I would recommend this place you anyone wanting to stay in the Downtown area of Astoria!

A relaxing week with my pups in December. Short walk to the beach, fully equipped kitchen, and most importantly, met my standard of clean. Super tidy! Comfortable bed, cozy faux wood stove. Will definitely return for our next stay at the coast.

Very convenient and comfortable stay near downtown Astoria. Had plenty of space to spend a cozy day inside and was close to the waterfront trail to walk downtown. Expect some noise from the nearby road or upstairs neighbors, but we appreciated the white noise machine and quick responses from the house in case there were issues. Our favorite recommendation was Busu, a quick Japanese restaurant downtown.

This is a great space with beautiful views of the valley from practically every room. With a bedroom, living room, kitchen, full bath, it has everything you need. I opted to cook most of my meals in this visit and really appreciated the full size fridge and kitchen supplies. They also kindly provided me some basics that I forgot like coffee! 😊 Very nice people. Responsive but not intrusive. The location is also good, very near town with all its amenities and the beach, while also tucked away and private.

We had such a good time staying at Red House Roost! Great amenities, wonderful view of downtown Astoria, and convenient walking distance from restaurants, museums, etc. Patti was a lovely host... Thank you!

Another 5 star stay at the Whiskey Creek house! Allison was as wonderful as always and her home was such a relaxing and peaceful retreat for the weekend. Cooking breakfast in the kitchen while looking out over the bay was dreamy. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the whole place is so charming, and we wanted for literally nothing all weekend. Thank you, Allison and Forrest, for being our home away from home!

Great cozy little studio close to downtown Astoria. Super clean and comfy. Kerri and Dean were very accommodating regarding check in and check out times. Would definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful location! Perfect for couples and families looking for a base camp to explore Astoria and the surrounding communities. 5/5 would recommend.

An excellent stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. the bed was especially comfy with enough pillows for my liking! Kitchen had all we needed. an easy, short walk to the ocean and proposal Rock. The unit had picnicking & Beach supplies and stuff for the dogs as well. for animal lovers: There was a visiting elephant seal in the water behind the unit that we could see from the patio which was a treat to see.

We thoroughly enjoyed every second at this quaint studio condo on the beaches of Newsokwin! This was our first time to see the Pacific and my what a show it put on for us! And this condo allowed for the perfect location to see majestic waves, wildlife, and sunsets! We walked to and ate at the on property restaurant for both evening meals and it was superb! We took drives up and down 101 since this was a great location for that. It’s was just perfect for my husband and I to enjoy some of what this area has to offer! The locals were very friendly and we’d definitely recommend this stay and little village!

This is one of the best that I have been in - air bb. They had everything we needed to be comfortable, that place is beautiful and has a perfect ocean view and is steps to the ocean.

Victor’s beautiful condo was exactly as described, lovely and fully outfitted inside, with a stunning full view of the ocean directly off the deck. It is the nicest beachside place I’ve stayed, everything inside was in new condition. The beautiful little kitchen had great appliances and everything I needed for basic cooking, and the bathrooms were pristine. Very nice shower, and a super comfy bed! There were lots of unobtrusive but helpful labels throughout the condo. I will definitely stay again.

Brian was a friendly and welcoming host. My husband and I wanted a weekend getaway to the beach. This place stood out because of the great reviews and location. You can see the ocean from the condo which was the highlight of our stay. The condo was homey, clean, and spacious. I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely condo with a view of the ocean from the outside deck. Fully stocked home with plenty of towels. It was clean and had a lot of additional blankets and pillows if needed. We enjoyed our stay very much! The 3 minute walk to the beach was everything. We spent a lot of time out on the deck .... such a beautiful spot!
