It was our first rent apartment in Greece and I am very happy to meet Susanna and her family. They respected our privacy and at the same time, as they live next door, we knew that we always counted at them The apartment is big, cleaned and warm, also there is a parking. 45 minutes by car and one can reach incredible Meteora so, thanks to Susanna and her family

Excellent location, sandy beach at 3 min drive. We arrived long before check in, the host was in the yard and opened us to enter, both he and his wife extraordinary people! 🤍 I made up to the car, the wheel was no longer good, she went with me to buy a new wheel at vulcanization, thanks from the bottom of my heart for everything. 🙏 The description is not mentioned but we also had the washing machine, iron, TV and terrace, we did not miss anything, I highly recommend this place that gives you the peace you need for a wonderful vacation! Thank you Dimitrios for all the help we felt like home!

We stayed for a night, came in late but we found a super friendly host waiting for us. Totally reccommend this beutiful apartment both for summer holidays or for a strategic place to stay when visiting Thesalloniki. Perfect!!!

We absolutely loved our time in the villa - everything was exactly as described, the villa is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for families or mixed groups. We were a group of 3 young couples in our 20’s and the pool was a blast. The host was beyond helpful, we asked for maaaaaaany details and pieces of info and reccommendations and Konstantinos always responded within minutes, which was very helpful. The villa is fully equipped but of course, if you need anything else (for example we drank a lot of coffee and of course needed more), there is a large supermarket within a few minutes drive away from the villa.

We had a great time. Fotini was very kind, friendly, welcoming, and present at all times for any help or advice. Everything was perfect! The house although old was spotless and thoughtful. Fully equipped and has everything you need to make your summer vacation. Maybe a storey in the future was a plus. The beach nearby is not very good for swimming but with a car you can visit beautiful beaches in other areas of Chalkidiki. You can combine peace and relaxation (as the house is located in a quiet and family neighborhood) with more cosmopolitan holidays in areas nearby. The communication with the host was impeccable as she responded immediately and was flexible as to check in and check out to make it easier for us. Bravo!

We rented an apartment for 9 days, we were pleasantly impressed. Everything matches the description and photo. The owner is friendly, met upon arrival and spent at the end of her vacation. The location is great for privacy, it takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, the beach is wild, there is enough space for everyone. The descent to the sea is steep, consider this. We were 100% satisfied, I recommend this apartment 💕🙌🏻

It took two hours to slow down and appreciate this amazing spot, but once we did, that was the perfect house to spend four days in. The sunrises were breathtaking. The location is really good too, as you can drive to great restaurants in multiple directions. Thank you to Olga who met us there and helped us out. See you again soon

very beautiful house in a summer location. just outside Thessaloniki but had everything close to you. very comfortable for a family.

We booked last minute for a quick getaway. Manos was very responsive and made us feel right at home. He even added Christmas decorations and we felt so cozy! Quick walk to the centre of the village so great to pop out and come back with the family. Parking nearby and quick access to the surrounding areas. We'll definitely be back on next trip up north

Beautiful location overlooking the sea and Mount Olympus, near Litochoro and the paths of Olympus. Fully equipped apartment very warm and comfortable for two couples the family with two children. We cooked in the kitchen which was not missing anything. Well done to the owner and manager. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!

Mrs. Maria is just wonderful, she answers no matter what you ask her, informative, in instructions etc, she served me in many issues such as check-in checkout, she is a great host, people like that are rare!!The house is very nice it gives warmth like your home,with all the necessities, we were very satisfied. the house is close to everything,sea,center, mini market from below supermarket further there,everything is around you.It is worth to come, however we will come again!!!

We - a family with 2 children - spent the last week of October there. The apartment is clean and there is everything you need. It is located on the top 2nd floor with a bit of sea views. Morning sun. The area is full of apartment buildings, there is certainly a lot going on in the summer. The house is in the second row and you are immediately on the beach. It was more like a ghost town with us, as the shops, restaurants and bars were already closed. For that we almost had the beach to ourselves. The landlords were very kind and helpful. Always on hand if you had any questions or needed anything!

We went on holyday for the second year @Dimitrios, this time we stayed for 2 weeks, everything was beautiful, the beaches nearby , close to Kassandra and Sithonia, close to Thessaloniki, lots of good restaurants in walking distance, also a large variety of beach bars in the area (maxim 10 min by car). Dimitrios and his wife are so friendly and helpful, we thank them for everything, especially for the sweet treats :) !!

We had a great vacation at Thomas'. His apartment was fully furnished and spacey. Mattresses were comfortable. We slept tightly and had a good rest. The AC is positioned perfectly - in the hallway so it cools each room uniformly. Also there was no strong softener odors on blankets and bed sheets which was quite a positive surprise. We found everything we needed. I want to thank Thomas and his wife for being such a good hosts. We are looking forward to meet them in some of our next journeys!

The apartment is situated in a building with a parking sport and a yard. Inside the apartment everything was wonderful - clean spacious, with lovely small details. Nikoletta has prepared some complimentary snacks and drinks for us, which was really great. To reach the beach a car is needed and same is to get to a restaurant. But there's a local market, a bakery and a pharmacy in 5mins walking distance from the apartment. Overall it was a lovely stay!
