Spacious and comfortable house. Ideal for those looking to rest or even enjoy with family and friends. Located just over 50m from a beach with calm sea and excellent sunsets. Located on the same street as the Caiambá restaurant, also close to grocery stores and bakeries. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and large balcony and a large green area in front and back. All basic utensils for your stay and amenity, including a portable barbecue.

Simple house, with a balcony around, located on an 11 thousand square meters farm, in the center and on top of a hill, overlooking the sea of Cações cove, where you can contemplate the sunrise and the moon golden and silver its waters. Proper place for holistic rituals and camping. A few meters from the beach are offered boat trips through the Bay of All Saints. Near the Costa do Dendê,being able to go to Morro do São Paulo and return on the same day.

Belíssimo Casa de Praia

Beautiful beach house, in a gated condominium, with direct access to the beach and with complete infrastructure; children's playground, soccer field and volleyball court. As for the house, very airy and incredibly ventilated (total spring), close to the beach. The beach of Cacha Pregos is with standing water (swimming pool), ideal for children and the elderly. The house is located 200m from the beach, approximately 3 minutes from the beach.
