Holiday rentals with a sauna in Nayarit

We had a great stay. Amazing Views . Our whole family loved it. Great hosts building with lots of amenities.

Our family of three spent 8 nights at the condo, and it worked great for us. The bustling center of Bucerias is a two-minute walk away. Walking south on the street where the Tayau condo is located begins Bucerias' Zona Dorada (Gold Zone). This area is quieter than the town plaza area, but is filled with excellent restaurants, many of which are identified in the welcome information provided by the host. The Tayau is located right on the beach, as well. Can't imagine a better location. The apartment is clean, modern, very well maintained, and has many excellent amenities. The building is similarly very well maintained with good amenities. The condo building staff is friendly, helpful, and works hard to keep up the pool and recreation areas (excellent health club). Overall, a great choice.

Marcos' lodging was amazing, it has a beautiful view that allows you to see the sea and the apartment is quite spacious. In addition, the attention he gave us was excellent, always attentive to our needs and available to help us.

Allan’s condo was in a perfect location for us- Allen was an Amazing host helping us with restaurant recommendations and helping us book the most epic whale watching trip we’ve ever been on ( and we live in Hawaii!!)

Great area within walking distance to restaurants. Beautiful views of marina. Paradise Village can get alittle loud but it was the holidays.

The place was wonderful , pool and beach area were perfect for our stay. It’s very relaxing and safe. Our host Karina was simply wonderful. I could not have asked for a better host. I would stay here again most definitely

Everything about the stay was great, the apartment and complex were amazing and had a ton of amenities. Check-in was very smooth and the host was very nice.

This place was amazing! Beautiful view of the water, comfy beds, and on a resort with heated pools and plenty of space to hang out around the pool or on the beach! Alejandro met us at checkin and showed us around. Well appointed kitchen with groceries close by. Easy to come and go with a dedicated parking space if you have a car. This is inside the Flamingos condominium protected area-just tell them you are staying at Peninsula Condos. We had a very relaxing vacation. Thanks Enrique!

It is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view. I felt right at home. Close enough to town to drive in for dinner or to catch a boat at the marina. It is remote enough that you can stock up on groceries at La Comer on your way to Belongo to cook most of your meals and enjoy being away from the crowds in Punta de Mita. We will be back!

The views are spectacular from the balcony! The beach is well cared for. The pools and grounds are manicured. We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel without the bar/restaurants. Our host was like a concierge seeing that all our needs were met. Kitchen was packed with any need you might want. Grocery store close by. I loved the new technology locks on the main doors. No room key needed! The entire building and surroundings made us feel safe! The area is walkable and if you need Uber or Taxi it was easy to access. The place was spotless and very comfortable. It appears the building has ongoing improvements. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Perfect spot for us as we were with our young daughter and in-laws! great spot for families to stay together. The condo itself was clean + comfortable and had everything we needed. It is nice that its groubd level and right in front of the pools! The Bolongo resort is nice and the staff are friendly, but the food quality could definitely use some improvement and the hours were not convenient as we had to wait until 9am until breakfast. We preferred eating off property, but that wasnt an issue as there are lots of options close by. The spa ammenities are very well priced and the gym is super nice! We would dedinitely stay here again!

Excellent location right in front of the ocean!! The view is beautiful. The apartment has a great restaurant located on-site. Safe walking distance to grocery store as well. The only thing you need to be careful about is not losing the bracelet that gives you access to the common areas - the fee for losing that is US$129 as we unfortunately found out (we were warned about it at the start of our stay). I would recommend this for a family - great pools and common areas.

Paulinas place is absolutely stunning. The views cannot be beat and the location is perfect, close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. Paulina is an amazing host who is quick to reply and help if you have questions. It is very clean and the beds are quite comfortable, there is nothing else needed as you enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

The space and location were great and Bara was very friendly and responsive!

Punta Esmeralda is a beautiful, safe, well maintained community. The Villa is spacious and comfortable, with an amazing deck and views of the Bay of Banderas. We were delayed at the airport on arrival, but our host Maria patiently awaited our late arrival to the Villa, completed a walk through and explained everything we needed to know. We had some challenges the first couple of days but Maria responded quickly to our concerns to ensure we settled in comfortably. The restaurants in the area were great, including the one located at Punta Esmeralda. The Sunday Market and food vendors in La Cruz should not be missed. If you’re thinking about spending time in this area and you’re active, you won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking to enjoy the pools, have a relaxing massage at the spa, meet great people or just chill and read a good book, this is the place to be! Our experience was very enjoyable and we look forward to returning.

It is a very safe area, ideal for the protection of the family. It has two access filters: one at the entrance of the residential area and another upon reaching the private one where the house is located. It is important to have a car as the property is somewhat away from shopping centers and beaches. The house is just as shown in the pictures, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Also, the host was very friendly and attentive, which made our stay even better.
