Comfortable and convenient apartment in a great location, we loved our stay here. The Roma Nord neighbourhood is a fantastic place to base your stay in CFMX. Friendly staff at reception (24 hours) made it a safe and welcoming place. The free laundry is a bonus too. Only negatives were quite hard mattresses, water pressure and temperature as others have said, and shower showing some signs of mould. Also we were not offered a complimentary clean for staying more than 7 nights - we actually paid for this as an additional service. These are only minor issues though, it really is a great place to stay.

Very nice stay - location is amazing. Our only thought is we were in town for only one day and unfortunately we could not get an early check in or late check out. That would have been helpful. Also the bed was very firm but the whole experience was very good. For a quick stay this p la a e is great and again, you can’t beat the location - safe and right in the best part of Polanco.

The accommodation is very well furnished, its location is good, it has a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. nearby, it is spacious The only thing we didn't like was the building staff, they're not friendly, it's a whole hassle to check in or make use of the amenities. Otherwise, I recommend it

We loved the place, the area very quiet the accesses to places such as reform, angel of independence, and historic center of quick access, minus in picos jajajaj, if you have a loaf of cooking at the Vuelta is a super-rich runner, everything you have at hand restaurants, supercitos, parks, ecobicis… I'm coming again, we missed it because we met Cd. Mx. We'll be back! And we'll be back with Andrea!

Candis's apartment was wonderful. The view is even better than it appears in photos. Late night check-in was easy, and Candis was very responsive. It's located in a charming area of Roma Norte with lots of lively bars and cafes downstairs on the circle. Would stay again!

This Airbnb was exactly as described—absolutely beautiful! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Genaro was incredibly kind and generous, providing clear instructions that made check-in and the entire experience seamless. I truly appreciate the hospitality and attention to detail. Excellent host; available, attentive and professional.

This 3 bedroom 2 full bath apartment was perfect - spacious, well appointed and central to where we wanted to be. The rooftop pool was fabulous for relaxing after walking the city and to watch the sunsets. Lots of thoughtful touches with all the basic kitchen and bath starters you could need. Really appreciated having laundry in unit and loads of linens. The mattresses were AMAZING and we slept great. Fans were more than enough for cooling, the condo stayed very comfortable despite 28-30C days. We felt very safe walking around even at night. No traffic noise at all but you can hear other condos if they are being loud and you have the windows open. Closing the windows muffled any Saturday night noise perfectly. The host recommendations were spot on, the WiFi was fast and easy. We’d book again if we were back in Mexico City. Thank you!

Raul was super-responsive and helpful. We enjoyed using the buidling's amenities: Pool (good for lap-swimming), hot and cold tubs, gym, and roof deck. Amazing city views! Lots of street/traffic noise, but it didn't bother us too much, since we're used to it. Everything was comfortable and clean.

Very nice apartment, great decoration, tv in every room. The wine and coffee were very much appreciated.

The apartment is home away from home. The building amenities are A+, and the reception and security are very helpful when needed. A perfect experience.

This apartment was great! it's right by 2 amazing parks and it was a great layout. the only thing which isn't related to the apartment is the traffic pollution. Just point the fan towards the hallway and you'll be fine with air quality. comfortable beds and all the amenities you'd ever need!

This was the perfect place for our trip to cdmx! The location is super safe and convenient to all of the bars/restaurants we wanted to try. Communication was fantastic and check in was easy and smooth. And the house is gorgeous, well-furnished and very comfortable - one of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at! So much natural light. We loved the back patio with all the plants, a peaceful spot for morning coffee. Definitely would stay there again - We didn’t want to leave!

Very safe area. It was nice that we could bring our dog. Host was very communicative. Roof top patio is amazing.

The space made us feel right at home, but Ernesto's treatment and attention is worth much more than 5 stars. He was always attentive to us and our needs, making the stay easy from start to finish. We were the happiest and we hope to return soon.

I loved the stay in this apartment, it is a very comfortable, spacious, clean and safe place. Yazmín is super responsible and attentive to every detail, very accessible to help you have a great experience inside the place and make you feel comfortable and always resolving in the best way and helping with any questions that were required. I would totally recommend this place and of course I would return to the apartment on some other trip to CDMX.

Had a wonderful day at Angelica’s place! Her home is absolutely beautiful—warm, inviting, and thoughtfully put together. Every corner feels cozy and welcoming, and you can tell how much love and care has gone into creating such a special space. On top of that, Angelica was incredibly attentive and kind, making sure I felt right at home. Her generosity and warmth made the day even more memorable. Truly grateful for her house and hospitality!

Beautiful location, safe and we were pleased with the home and all amenities. The house is large therefore you can have multiple friends and family and enjoy common space together. My 60th was magic! Our chef, our cooks, driver and staff were so accommodating and attentive. A true sanctuary. Special accolades to Samuel and Patty . They were fantastic. We will definitely return. Thank you Hector for making my birthday very memorable.!

Perfect location. The house is huge and comfortable. Would have been nice if the one room had a queen instead of a full. The rooms are nice and quiet and spacious. Only thing that was a challenge was the keys and would have been nice if they told us where a second set of keys was. Also, we could have used more pillows. We had a great stay and this house was the highlight of our stay. We hlwalked a block to Saint at least 4 times during our stay. Outside guest room shower has almost no water pressure, as well. It was still the perfect place to stay for us and we wouldn't stay in any other neighborhood other than La Condesa we realized. There were 9 of us. 6 adults and 3 older kids.

Excellent hosts and accommodation, I have them in my favorites every time I visit the area! Highly recommended!
