Holiday rentals with a patio in Natzaret, Poblats Marítims

We had a great time in Valencia staying at this place over Christmas. It is a great location in the old city. The place is quiet but you are near the centre, the market for food, restaurants and tapas bars, and lots of sights all within walking distance. Lucie is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful, and there is good local information at the flat. The sitting room is light, comfortable and spacious (though note the bedrooms do not have external windows).

Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

Thank you for a lovely stay at your flat in Valencia. We would definitely recommend and return to! The location was great as we could walk everywhere, which we loved. The 102 steps to the flat was fine except for when you’ve done the marathon! We loved the roof terrace to relax in the day and in the evening. The flat was very spacious for us (mum and daughter).

The apartment is basic & simple which was ideal for us. It was very clean & tidy & had everything we needed. Ana responded immediately to any issues we had which were not many. Ana was a perfect host & I highly recommend her & her apartment. Also, the apartment was an ideal location for walking in to Valencia.

Fantastic location, beautiful, sparkling clean apartment with balcony. A private secured parking space, ideal. A great place to stay. A 10! As far as communication is concerned, there were some less enjoyable things: 1. The caretaker of the apartment building to whom we report, because there was no one else, only spoke Spanish. This was also true for the lady he called and then took us to the apartment. Fortunately, we understood enough Spanish, but for guests who don't speak a word of Spanish, this is difficult. 2. We prefer to communicate through the Airbnb channel. However, the hosts texted us directly as well. We experienced this as less pleasant, especially because it was then about the installation of a new washing machine during our stay. 3. Asking for a 5-star qualification on the Airbnb channel and requesting to report any complaints privately has something unfair. In short, fantastic apartment, less good communication

We were completely satisfied with this place. The host Monte was super quick to respond to messages and helped immediately if needed. Otherwise, everything you need is available in the apartment, even for a longer stay. The location is fine, supermarkets and simpler restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Due to the connection to tram and bus lines, you can quickly get to the old town and to the beach. It is about 20-25 minutes on foot to the old town.

Very well-kept apartment, equipped with everything you could want, quiet area. It's very close to the train that takes you to Valencia, but the noise is minimal and not a bother.

Better than expected! Vanessa is super friendly, charming and you can see that she cares about her place being impeccable, for the price, the accommodation was much better than expected, there are 3 times more expensive hotels and the cleanliness does not approach what we find here! ideal to get to know Valencia and have a place to rest on the outskirts of the city, in summer it must be a spectacle because of the proximity to the beach and the pools of the apartment complex! I recommend it 100% thanks Vanessa, I hope to repeat soon.

The hosts are amazing people. Friendly and very attentive. The apartment was very clean, we were left fresh fruit and more things to eat. They were available for any requirement. The stay was very positive. We will definitely repeat it.

Lucia's house is beautiful, very close to the beach, a large supermarket nearby, and many restaurants.The location is good and life is convenient and we had a nice weekend here.Will come back next time if I get a chance.

Lovely, modern 4 bedroom apartment with 4 separate bathrooms. Plenty of room for a large group. Location is close to Maritim metro station and only a 10 min walk to the beach.

Carmen apartment is very nice and clean. It is also very quiet so you can have a nice sleep 😴. Best thing in the apartment is terrace 😀 we had great breakfast every morning 😀😎. The market is 1 min from apartment…You can go by foot almost anywhere ( old town is 20 min, Turia park 15 min). My family and I really enjoy València and Carmen’s apartment 😀😀😀

We booked this apartment for our in-laws to spend a week before returning from their holidays in Spain and they loved it! We had a chance to visit also and the apartment is open and bright with lovely furnishings. The bed was comfortable and they slept great due to the quiet 8th floor location. Just steps outside the apartment are restaurants and shopping with the Plaza de Reina being a short 5 minute walk up the street. There was some minor confusion on arriving but Carmen was available to help sort it out easily. 5 stars all the way!

The property was ideal to spend 4 days in Valencia with the family: clean and well organized, it is well served by public transport that takes you to the center and the area, for the evening, there are definitely affordable restaurants.

Had a very nice stay in this appartement. Everything was well equipped even some extra’s like perfume and cooking supplies. I can really recommend this stay !

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

We loved our stay very much! The house was really beautiful, spacious, and very neatly maintained. Everything we needed was present, which made us feel right at home. The location was also ideal and easily accessible. In addition, the host was incredibly friendly and super helpful, which made our experience even better. Highly recommended for everyone and certainly worth repeating!
