Holiday rentals with a fireplace in National Harbor

Wonderful, huge house for my entire family for the holidays! Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, and space to hangout. Great location, close to DC, shopping, groceries, coffee, parks, and more. Tyler is an attentive, thoughtful host. I would highly recommend!

Ame the house, it is very comfortable and cozy it is also very close to everything. We were able to park our vehicle on the street at no extra charge but if you have to be very attentive to the signs not to park in the wrong place. Communication with the host was always very friendly and quick. I will definitely be staying there again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

Jake’s place felt like a cozy getaway in a perfect location. This space was exactly what we needed and we didn’t think the pictures did it justice. The living room, kitchen and sun room spaces are so spacious and welcoming. Jake was flexible with our booking needs and willing to work with us for our accommodations. We’ve had bad luck with airbnb locations in the past and we were pleasantly surprised and grateful we didn’t have to worry about uncleanliness or other issues. This gave us peace of mind to enjoy our weekend and gathering with family & friends. I would only suggest that mattress covers be used on the beds & the master bedroom shower drain may need to be snaked as the water pool as the water did not drain quickly. Allowing pets is also a big plus as our fur babies go everywhere with us. The fenced yard was the cherry on top. I can only imagine that the yard is even greater during the warmer months. 5 stars!

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.

This was the perfect stay for a weekend in DC. In a nice quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes from the metro that takes you straight in to the city. Great accommodations for a group as well with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms!

Harrison was very accomodating and flexible to our needs. He was excellent in regards to communication. The beds were comfortable and the place was immaculate. Although we didn't use the kitchen it has everything you need. We frequented the nearby Roost/ food court. Thank you Harrison for a great stay.

Location, Location, Location! I felt safe walking in the neighborhood. (Off-Street Parking is a bonus!) I quickly realized how challenging it is to find parking in the DC area. I opt for Uber to visit the National Gallery of Art, The Phillips Collection, Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception (amazing collection of contemporary ecclesiastical art), Saint Pope John Paul !! Shrine. It was an unexpected surprise to experience record snow during our stay. It was fun to see the beauty outside through all the windows, along with being cozy with the fireplace and book in hand. This place is incredibly clean and has everything you need and more for amenities and wares. Maricel was attentive and thoughtful with responding back to us. We celebrated the end of our trip with lovely Anniversary dinner at the Le Diplomate. Decor, atmosphere and service was exceptional! Overall the experience in DC was amazing!

I enjoyed my stay. Comfy bed, quiet neighborhood, nice layout, upscale kitchen area. I loved using the fireplace. Close to everything!

What an incredible host and cosy home! I've been visiting DC off and on the past few years and this has been hands down my favorite place! Mark was so thoughtful and hospitable and made me actually just want to hang out in his place rather than visit the city! I couldn't recommend Mark's place highly enough. Trish was an amazing host. Very helpful and apartment was exactly as described. Trish provided clear instructions for everything and provided breakfast on day one which was a nice touch. I highly recommend!

Abigail’s place was perfect for my family of four including two teens. The location was great and she was very communicative. It’s no secret that DC can be rainy. We had three umbrellas and planned to purchase a fourth if needed but Abigail had two umbrellas for use. There was a stocked Kurig for coffee before heading out each day and the bathroom was complete with essentials including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Abigail’s place was perfectly quaint and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay again!

Heathers place was everything we were looking for. Being that me and Liz are artists, we felt right at home with Heather's amazing art collection. We felt right at home and had no complaints. This especially is a good place to stay if you're in a wheelchair because there aren't many Airbnb within DC that didn't have steps. This location was really close to the Eastern Market metro which takes you straight to the National Mall. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was very convenient. Thank you Heather!

This is a beautiful house. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe. Lovely community. Great proximity to Old Town Alexandria and central to all things DC. Joe is a great host. Very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

We were looking for a place in Arlington close to my daughter’s. This place was perfectly located. Close to all the amenities (Wholefoods, Harris Teeter and a Trader Joe’s within easy access by car). Plenty of restaurants too. Easy to get to and there wasn’t any parking issues. The checkin very easy. It was a lovely surprise to enter a lovely warm, spotless house with fresh flowers and fruit to welcome us. The house itself is very homely and has just about everything you could need. There is a sun room looking out on to the garden that can warm up very quickly and a fairly big garden that our grandchildren enjoyed. Aman was always quick to get back to us. He is a perfect host. We definitely intend to go back!

DiMitri's place was lovely, clean, calm and quiet. I felt at home . Indeed it is a home away from home and other guests are respectful of each other. DiMitri was quick to respond and friendly when communicating. I would definitely stay here again .
